Eurostars Gran Valencia

Even though after seeing the historical city area, I wished I would have booked a room there, this hotel has a good location, lies in the modern part of the city. It's 30 min by tram no. 4 to the beach, few stops by Metro to the city center, near to the convention center. Metro stations were just 2-3 minutes walking distance. very clean room and bathroom.

I had to wait one hour until they found an available cleaned room. The room was more or less a business type. There were pictures of modern buildings on the wall above the bed which made the whole room a bit cold. The rooftop swimming pool wasn't so nice as advertised.

The room aswell as the bathroom were big and comfortable. The metro stop and bus stop we're right there making it very easy to get around Valencia. It has a rooftop pool with great views, however the female sauna was out of order. Good buffet breakfast.

Nice Hotel with adequate facilities. Good continental breakfast buffet for spanish conditions.

I think its more 4 stars. A 5 star hotel should be more luxury and provide more service.

Hotel: Situated close to underground station, local bus stop and tourist bus stop. Room: Large, clean and comfortable. WiFi: Free and worked well from our room. We would happily stay in this Hotel again.

Free car park: On street, very small and inadequate for the size of Hotel. Alternative paid parking was available. Bathroom: Jacuzzi did not work. Wall mounted handle above the bath was loose. One morning we had to wait 90 minutes for hot water due to repair work.

Location is good and the service great. Would book again if offered good rates.

The lobby and reception area is not good.

The hotel reception hall is not accordingly a 5 star hotel - it is too small.

Convenient and Clean. The hotel serves for the best value for the business traveller.

With reference to the "romantic special offer" - we had expected the champagne in our room at the time of arrival.

The sliding doors in the bathroom design are practical since the space is so small, at least this feature provides a way to use every inch of the very limited space.

The staff was unfriendly and unhelpful, The room was tiny, there were only towels for one person, low quality supplies, not enough pillows. No robe or slippers, the windows were so dirty we could not see out. This hotel was our worst choice.

A mirror over the desk would be helpful.

Food in restaurant and breakfast were very nice. Very safe car parking. Nice gym, shame almost all girlish machines were out of order. Friendly staff.

3 start hotel. 5 stars it has only for facilities, but not for quality. Poor hygiene in places, dirty windows, bad smell in room. Reception very small. Woman's sauna was out of order. Far away from town center and sea. Didn't get all extras (welcome chocolates and sparkling wine) in time.
