I liked the hotel, comfortable and clean room , good view from the windows (the rooms are situated between 15 and 23 floors),easy to reach city center or other sights.

Actually the price was fair( for us each night 50€). the access to bus and metro was good.

The staff was not supportive that much and exception the reception, nobody could speak English! The hotel placed out of historical places.

The view from 22nd floor is great! Romantic pack from this hotel is very nice (free breakfast, parking, welcome bottle of wine and chocolates, jacuzzi). Breakfast with fresh orange juice and fresh fruits, variety of meet and cheese, etc. Very close to metro (Beniferri station - yellow line) - 50 m!

If you don't smoke, then ask for a non-smoking room and check the smell in the room (in our room there was a strong smell of cigarettes). The room facilities are rather old but clean and everything works perfectly.

Even from in the high floor room noise from the road was heard. The hotel is @locked@ between the two roads and thus not quiet enough.

Nicely decorated room. Excellent breakfast buffet. Staff were always attentive and helpful. Short walk to conference center. Very short walk to subway station.

No washcloths but that might very well be a custom of the city and/or country instead of an oversight by the hotel.

The location was good - situated close to Beniferri station which made access to the Old Town and the rest of Valencia very easy. There were great views across the city. The rooms were nicely designed and comfortable.

In our room the sink dripped and we were given an adjoining room so were woken each morning by the man on the other side. Small details though and if it had been a big problem, we would have asked to move.

A bit far from city center, but close to metro though

The staff at reception were very friendly and gave us all the information we needed to catch the metro, tram and buses around the city. Very close to all transport and a supermarket and cafe just around the corner. Rooftop pool was awesome, especially in the evening with an amazing view across Valencia.

Not much, the room took a while to cool down on the first night so it was a bit warm and stuffy.

The hotel price is reasonable. Location is ok, about 50 meters from the metro station "Beneferri".
