I was staying at the hotel but for prolongation of my business trip decided to choose an apartment to be more comfortable. I have to say that I was nicely surprised since for very good price I stayed in luxurios and very spacious apartment where I felt like on real holiday although I was on a businnes trip! Perfect location in the Old Town, just few minutes from the big good market and close to all main points. The personnal of Valencia Luxury helped me a lot when I forgot my ipad in the taxi and with no spanish needed to find the company and got it back! The place was clean and very.nice, from now on I will definitelly recommend this company to all my friends!

The apartment was in a brilliant location, down a characterfull side street close to the cathedral. Staff very helpful, bed were extremely confortable.

We went to celebrate my husband's birthday and it was very important for us to be everything perfect. I have to say that we have spent great time and that our holiday couldn't be better! The apartment was very spacious and beautiful, indeed like in the pictures, the best part was a great big terrace that we have enjoyed a lot even in december as it was very sunny. The Valencia Luxury team was very helpful since it was our first time in Valencia, the person that made our check in explained us everything aand showed us places where to go and was very kind to us. The apartment has a perfect location, few minutes from all the historical monuments and around with many restaurants and shops and easy public transport. We want to thank you for our great holiday and we deffinitely will recommend this apartment to all our friends for their visit to Valencia!

We arrive quiet early and we couldn't enter to the apartment immediately, since there were other clients checking out and we had to wait till.it prepare, but we understood it.

Excellent location - close to metro plus only a few minutes walk to main railway station. Apartment was on the 10th floor with a large terrace . Very modern, spacious apartment .

It's design, with large windows that let inside a lot of light. Powerful air-conditioning on both the downstairs and upstairs areas. Personnel from Valencia Luxury Ayuntamiento were friendly and answered promptly to all our doubts. They were waiting for us at the scheduled time that was arranged when we called from the airport, as requested by them. They even arranged for a taxi to pick us up on our departure day as we had to leave really early in the morning. We found everything we needed in the apartment to make our stay comfortable, and had a lovely stay. The location couldn't be better. We were steps away from restaurants, Metro and Train station, shops, and even a large supermarket (Mercadonn/Mercadonna) that's open most of the days. All in all, I'd recommend this apartment to anyone that wants to have a lovely relaxed vacation in Valencia.

Building's elevator is somewhat slow, but does the job fine.

To review our stay, it was super pleasant thanks to the professional approach of Valencia Luxury. After our arrival we were welcomed by a staff member of Valencia Luxury who explained to us in details not only all information about the apartment, but also recommended additional spots to visit in Valencia. The Apartment was as presented on the pictures, sunny with beautiful terrace. Other benefit was location directly in the city centre, nearby main square Ayuntamiento. We will definitely come back.

our trip was changed and we were offered analternative appartment that was away from the city centre . we wrongly accepted the accomodation and over night discoverd that the terraces were dirty and one of them completly free of any furniture we complained the next morning and were moved to an appartment that was better however do not think these appartments come over anything like the website suggests. This was to celebrate my husbands 50th birthday and I have to say i was slightly disapointed with the second accomodation the first one was appauling. I have to say that the company did try to accomodate us, however this should never have happened. we had booked a hotel in alicate before valencia and a hotel in barcelona after both were of better quality and near to the discription on the site.

I liked the spaciousness, the balcony, the location near the centre of Valencia, that it included everything you might need including dishwasher and washing machine (though as the bottle opener was busted we were glad we'd brought our own!).

It was a shame that the apartment smelled of cigarettes. Smoking is allowed on the balcony but clearly other occupants had smoked inside too - guess it takes a non-smoker to know how much even a single cigarette stinks, and for how long. The only other thing was the bizarre air conditioning: each day we had to check and empty bottles of water that had condensed out, and were told if we didn't the air con wouldn't work. The worst part though was getting the keys in the first place. We were given the address of the meeting place, not the apartment; we couldn't find the meeting place so I had to call the agent, and couldn't hear very well. We found the meeting place, but it turned out he'd given the apartment address, which was in a different place, so we then had to trudge back the way we'd come. Why not just give the proper address in the first place, so Googlemaps has a decent chance of finding it?!

I'd like to say how impressed I was with the overall offering from Valencia Luxury Ayuntamiento from start to finish. The apartments were lovely and the booking agent and check in agent were extremely helpful. I will be strongly recommending Valencia Luxury Ayuntamiento my friends, family and colleagues. 100% top marks!

proper wi-fi is needed

The location is right in the centre of town. The apartment is large and had enough beds to cater for all 7 of us. The open plan living room/kitcheb was very spacious and great for entertaining.

The apartment needs a bit of tlc and some updating. The bathrooms were a bit grubby and the "hot tub" was just a knackered old bath with bubble jets. It was actually coming away from the wall! When we arrived the apartment had not been cleaned. Admittedly we arrived early but when we returned 3 hours later (at 4pm) it still had not been cleaned. The previous guests had lef it left it in a disgusting state. Nothing worse than seeing a filthy bathroom when you arrive at your "luxury" apartment. This is not a "luxury" apartment! Don't be fooled. We were a stag party of 7 people so it was fine for us but couples and families may want to avoid.

Modern style. Nice and bright. Near the metro xativa. We (two workcollegues) stayed in a two bedrom with two bathroom (toilet/shower and toilet/bathtub) in calle san vicente martir 102 (doesnt show on the map on booking.com) Private, quiet and safe place. nice terraza. The beds are hard. Mercadona right in front. Good value for money!

La posizione

La casa è molto bella ma completamente sprovvista di stoviglie eravamo in 8 e cucinare è stato un problema. Ho dovuto richiedere,in malo modo, l'intervento di un tecnico in quanto l'acquq calda finiva dopo neanche una doccia. La cosa più assurda è che mi hanno fatto pagare una penale di 30€ perchè anzichè arrivare alle 21 siamo arrivati alle 22 in quanto l'aereo ha fatto ritardo. Inoltre la casa è piena di tappeti di lana e forniscono un aspiratore che non aspira nulla. Il rapporto qualità prezzo è assolutamente carente.

L'appartamento è molto spazioso e piacevole ha due camere grandi, due bagni, asciugacapelli e molti elettrodomestici che poi non abbiamo usato però erano presenti. La posizione è ottima, ci ritornerei sicuramente!

L'aria calda non funzionava molto e c'era abbastanza freddo!
