The hotel is very convenient to everything in Pontevedra. Shopping, meals, cafes, etc. The restaurant next door, not attached to the hotel, was excellent. The best meals we had in Pontevedra. The staff was friendly and helpful. We look forward to seeing them again next year! On street parking vs. Parking garage at 13 euros. Suggestion is to have a package that includes parking so there is no need to worry.

I big thanks to the receptionists. Their customers service and care for the client is incredible. Today it's very difficult to find a hotel with such customer device and good product for not too much money. Thank you all, I'll go back.

I liked the design of the lobby and elevators. I also loved that it was always warm and the front desk staff was very nice. The wifi doesn't work, even though they say it exists. The room doesn't have neither a safe nor a minibar. The shower was a disaster and the pillows weren't good at all, but that happens in almost every hotel in Spain.

Clean and comfortable. Good for short stays. Quiet. A little far from the old town though this did avoid the noise at night. The price of laundry was extortionate. Be warned! And watch out for loose shower brackets! Some information about any available lounges would have been welcome. Breakfast area wasn't very nice and the coffee was very poor.

La limpieza y confort de las habitaciones. Realmente merece una estrella más. Bien situado, a cinco minutos andando del casco histórico. El parking tiene rampas estrechas aunque las plazas son amplias.

No te esperas que un 2 estrellas sea realmente de cuatro, como es este caso.Algo alejado del centro pero tienes el descanso asegurado. Renovado, moderno, muy limpio. Buenos colchones, cristales Climalit que insonorizan la habitaciín. Accesorios en el baño. Buen jabón y buenos colchones.No perderse la zona de copas, preciosa y encantadora, chill out. No me gustó el cierre de las puertas de las habitaciones, hacen un fuerte ruido para que cierren del todo.

La ubicacion en cuanto al centro historico no esta mal, a unos 10 minutos andando. Una vez estando en Pontevedra vimos hoteles mucho mas chulos, mas centricos y mas o menos del mismo precio. El ruido!!!!

La recepción y el precio Fue un poco decepcionante sinceramente. La recepción es muy moderna y luego las habitaciones con "gotelé" no tenían mucha relación. Sin embargo es cierto que la relación calidad precio era buena.

Design muito clean e simples e bastante actual. Hotel perto da estação de Comboios e Autocarros. Perto do Centro também. Atendimento muito bom. Quarto estava muito quente (mesmo sendo inverno). Quarto relativamente pequeno. O pequeno almoço se incluído é relativamente caro.

O staff foi muito atencioso. Pequeno almoço é muito fraco. O bar do hotel está à exploração. Não dá para creditar no quarto e quando se quer fazer compras de pequeno valor não aceitam o cartão.

La amabilidad del personal de recepción. El baño muy bien. A 15 minutos del centro andandando. La habitación un poco pequeña, faltaba una mesilla de noche y había un mueble a la salida del baño con el que siempre tropiezas, sobraba.
