Located a few minutes' walk from the historic city centre of Merida, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, Hotel Zeus is a modern complex with a seasonal outdoor pool and spacious gardens.

In Plaza de España Square, this restored 15th-century palace offers a rooftop terrace with a small seasonal pool and city views. Bluecity Mérida Palace is 215 yards from the Roman Temple of Diana.

With a convenient location, close to the old Roman bridge and just a 20 minute walk from the center of the city, this modern 4-star hotel offers high-quality spacious luxurious accommodations.

A short walk to the Roman sites which were very interesting. Staff friendly. All day cafe-bar very useful for drinks and snacks.
The hotel is just off the main road into Merida and a short walk from the town centre. The room was comfortable. The bar / restaurant / cleaning staff were friendly. For its cost it was OK but don't expect too much.
The hotel is tired, generally speaking. The carpets are dirty and reception area unwelcoming. Food is average. It is near the town centre but on a dual carriageway in an industrial park - that didn't show on the photos for some reason?! 4 stars? I don't think so.
The room I was given.
The staff were helpful and friendly in both reception and restaurant. The daily menu represents good value. The breakfast buffet was well worth the price. The majority of historic sites are within easy walking distance of the hotel we didn't use our car at all during our 3 night stay.
Noisy neighbours who insisted on talking loudly outside our room at 2am, this was then followed by a crescendo of doors slamming.
hotel location was good, as well there is free parking in the street. the city is very clean and nice.
the price was a bit high for the quality of the hotel even though was worth it
Hotel and room spacious very good. Staff very helpful. Hotel easy access to motorway with a short walk into centre.
Location. Easy Walking distance to Amphitheater where I was attending an evening concert. Adequate for one night.
Offered a small dark dingy room on arrival. (but receptionist graciously changed it to a bigger and brighter room.)
Its hard to like anything about this hotel, but the dinner we had was OK. Parking is good.
Definately NOT a 4 star rating. It looks very 'tired' & in need of refurbishment. Room too small. The decor is 80's/90's style & grubby. The dining room chairs all seem to 'wobble'!
Amazing location, good value for money and very kind staff.
The only not so good point is that IT is quite far from the main bus station. However IT is close to the train one.
Upgraded room. Breakfast great.
Te facilities, so close to the old town and Roman sites...
Location was very good, staff friendly and good facilities.
The Cafeteria did not open earlier enough as you could not order before 8.30, so therefore not eat until 9 pm.
Helpful staff. Location near attractions. Large room
Pool did not look attractive - cleanliness
An easy walk into the town.
Having to pay for car park and tv .
Location for sightseeing, next to motorway, good inexpensive garaging. Cafeteria open all day, good value and pleasant staff.
Easy walk into town
The shower over the bath was difficult to operate
Good location and very pleasent staff price was fair
Quite a dated hotel for a 4 star bathroom could do with a refurb found the shower curtain very unhygienic have stayed in 3 star hotels on this trip where bathroom were up to date and it made all the difference
Good location. Easy on-street parking. Easy walk to amphitheater and center. I highly recommend this hotel if you go to Merida by car.
Wrong location in Google maps if you enter the official address. The entrance is through Calle Octavio Augusto. Breakfast was not good for the money. But apparently there aren't any nearby cafeterias.
Adjacent car park
Great big impersonal hotel without any character, suffering as all Spanish hotels with cost cutting economies - some tlc needed.
Quite a long walk to the centre of town where the attractions. Staff weren't very friendly or helpful.
The hotel is clean and relatively comfortable.
A group of young teenagers was hosted in the same floor, meaning screams and running around in the middle of the night. The breakfast is among one of the worst i ever had in a hotel and it costs an insane 10€, do yourself a favour and have your breakfast somewhere else.
A pleasant experience easy to walk to sites, could be updated a little
Location is 10 min away from Roman Theatre. Really good value for money. There is street parking available just outside the hotel, no need to pay their parking.
Breakfast is expensive, so is hotel parking.
Near the roman teatro, the anfiteatro and the old town.
The staff was not very enthusiastic for helping you.
