The wifi didn't work very well in the room, but it was fine in the lobby/lounge, which was where I spent most of my time anyway. The breakfast was pretty standard, but the coffee, either from the pitcher or the machine, needed improvement, alas.
This is a big and hugely busy place, with busloads of European tourists, wedding parties on the weekends, meetings, etc. However, it turned out to be a nice place to stay. The room was large and quiet, the bath and shower were excellent, and there's a big, bright lobby/lounge area where you can sit and do your email or chat and order drinks and snacks. The restaurant was pretty good, too.
I was impressed at how well the staff handled the huge volume of people who pass through this hotel.
