The location very central to shopping and good restaurants.
Very sparse room, tiny TV stuck up near the ceiling, so could no see clearly and got neck ache watching it. No plug for the bath, so had to buy one, then got one provided. No bedside rugs, so stepped out of bed onto freezing marble floor.
location is ok
Visited in January; cold tiled floors, poor heating system
Not a lot
Just about everything. Nice bath but no plug. No Restaurant, under refurbishment. Cold room, which took a day to heat up.
cozy room. i loved it
Extremely helpful and friendly front desk staff. Clean towels provided whenever one was used. Slightly anonymous location in a busy side street, but very near all the central sights and facilities. Good for the Museum.
Nothing not to like.
Excellent location and very clean room ,staff friendly and helpful , Well done .
No morning drinks ( coffee/tea )
Centrally located, good accommodations, limited parking available, AC/Heating worked well.
On the main drag with bar across the street which made it a little noisy for the wife, (I thought it was great myself).
The hotel is situated near the shopping district and near many tapas bars. The rooms are clean and beds very comfortable. Hotel staff are super friendly and helpful. The girl at reception even booked our entrance to the Alzacar and printed out the tickets for us.
The room was not as large as I thought it would be. The television cable stretches out to the plug and I think this could be made more discreet as it looked a bit shoddy. Parking is a little tight.
Staff very helpful specially Patricia
need kettle in the room for the thea or coffee it's very necessary.
Alameda is a great location in Seville. And this hotel is in the middle of it all. Bars and restaurants everywhere. 10 min. walk to Plaza Nueva. Friendly English speaking staff. Clean.
For the price this is excellent. It is clean safe and quiet with good facilities and very helpful friendly staff.
It is a bit out of the way, especially from the metro. However there are regular buses outside to the beach and city centre.
Near nightlife in alameda de Hercules. A short walk to the old town centre.
Rooms are a little tired looking but nothing major.
The underground parking garage was a nightmare to negotiate with a large car. Unfortunately, we scraped the front offside wing (of our new car) trying to get down to the garage.
Awesome location, really clean and kind staff.
The hotel doesn't have breakfast. That'd not a big issue since you can find places to eat around the block. The garage is tiny, but ok for a small car (we had a VW Polo).
Location was good Very helpful staff. Girl at the reception recommended wonderful places to visit Rooms were clean Good wifi Great hotel for simple city trip
Hard to say. Not very fresh hotel
No drawers outside of the closet.
Excellent staff and very helpful.
the location was pretty good, staff attentivness
the view from the window, hair in shower, small TV high up in the corner
Good hotel very close to everything you want to see in old Seville. Private underground parking. Helpful staff with good English.
If you arrive in anything bigger then compact car you might have an issue with very narrow parking driveway.
Great location, clean and quite room, very helpful staff
With an extra bed and a baby cot there's no place left at all. For two people the size would be fine. Breakfast is not available at the moment, but plenty of places for breakfast nearby.
The staff are friendly and very helpful. great help for recommending where to go and didn't hesitate to pickup the phone and book reservations. I would definitely recommend this hotel and stay here again.
There wasn't a kettle in the room.
The hotel was very comfortable, the staff were very helpful and the location was excellent. The wifi was very good and the room I had was very nice. At the time I stayed there were no breakfast facilities but that was not a problem. At the top of the street you have a choice of cafes, bars and restaurants where you can get breakfast for a few euros. You are spoilt with all the tapas and pinchos available, again for a few euros. You are a short walk from many of the attractions, I would not hesitate in staying here again.
A couple of points to note but not particularly negatives. The car parking is very tight, but it is in all hotels in old cities. As a positive, the guy at the hotel came out and guided me every inch of the way into the parking. The other point, I found it hard to negotiate easily the back streets when looking for the hotel. Once more, if you are going to stay in the thick of the action, thats to be expected, overall still an excellent hotel.
Location and staff were very good!
Parking is difficult if you have a big car.
Right near the city centre of Seville. Expect gentle and helpfull staff and clean and quiet rooms. No breakfast facilities but there are great restaurants just around the corner. For a tastefully, wonderful and cheap breakfast be sure to visit 'Cupcakes & Go' at Alameda de Hercules. For great tapas, go and eat where the locals eat at 'Duo Tapas' also near Alameda... (Calatrava 10). You will not regret it!
stuffs are nice not very far from downtown
Sevilla is easily lost ...
