Good location in center of Albir, clean and nice room. Free parking just outside. Private and nice pool area
From balcony side is a big parking place, not so nice view ! Bed and pillow was very bad, made it difficult to slep
verry good and clean hotel
great price, good location, very close to shops and bars. accommodation basic but plenty of space.
fold out sofa beds were very uncomfortable.
location very good ; number 10 bus just around the corner taking you into Benidorm ; also goes through to Altea; another nice place to visit
Good central location Apartment although basic was very clean
The friendly staff and cleanliness everywhere
The location. Plenty of street parking. The rooms were simply furnished but adequate and clean. All in all we would say it was good value for money
No cleaning. No fresh towels. No toaster. No late reception. If there was an emergency that could be a problem. Didn't like being on the ground floor, the door and window locks were a bit flimsy.
Perfect location, friendly staff, normal simple interior in the apartment, balcony perfect for breakfast with morning/noon sun. The sleeping coach in the livingroom was actually two individual chairs that you could pull out to a bed, they were not comfortable, i wouldn't liked to sleep on them for more than one night at the max.
Someone seems to have eaten scrimps there earlier and it still smelled like scrimps..
Location is good for all bars restaurants and shops. Accommodation is not luxurious but is clean, spacious and has ample supplies of kitchen equipment and a nice balcony. Lovely restaurant attached to apartments.
Nothing to dislike.
friendly and helpful staff, location, you could walk everywhere
kids using the car park to the rear as a race track through the night
Great location, excellent value for money. Restaurant serves wonderful Valencian paella.
Excellent, peaceful location, with sufficiently spacious apartments. The swimming pool is great, especially because it is used by very few guests in the afternoon when the sun is no longer shining on it.
The air conditioning in our third-floor apartment was defective. While a staff member did attempt to fix it several times on our first day, he was unsuccessful. Eventually we were moved (on the second day and after a sleepless first night) to a first-floor apartment, where the air conditioning worked just fine. My objection is to the disrespectful attitude of one staff member at reception who insisted that 24 degrees and no ventilation was perfectly okay. Thank heavens other employees were more reasonable. Kitchen equipment deficient (burners exasperatingly slow) and fridge tended to freeze everything, no matter what the setting. While still nice, this hotel has become somewhat run-down over the last few years. (This was our fourth stay there, and probably our last.)
ease of desitination, shops and bars, beach and buses to altea and benidorm, Hotel clean, would throughly recommend it and would book it again for future visits
