The hotel is close to trains, so while not in the city central, it is very easy to travel to the centre and the sights of Barcelona. The staff were very friendly and helpful, providing information about the area and travelling to the city centre. My room was quite comfortable and clean. It would have been useful to have some information in the room about services provided by the hotel - I was interested in using the hotel's laundry service, but was not aware that it was not available on the particular days I was there. I am sure that the hotel reception staff would gladly provide information when asked, but it would be useful to have some information in the room as well.

Very close to two main Metro stops. Great front desk staff... willing to listen to Americans mutter Spanish. The 9th and 10th floor outdoor terraces are great to read, and even see a nice view of Barcelona.

This is a basic hotel. Rooms are small, but functional and clean. Breakfast is alright. Location is very good. Metro station is just below the hotel. Rooms and bathrooms are very small.

We liked a lot the breakfast, every morning there was something new: fresh fruits, different cheese, salamy, yogurt, cereals, omlettes, pudding, cakes, croissants and other pastry products. The staff was very helpfull and the room was very clean. The location is very good also, 20 minutes walking distance to the center, a lot of bars, cafes and restaurants near if you don't want to stay in the crowded center. The hotel should improve the wi-fi coverage strength.

Nice, friendly stuff. The hotel was clean. The neighborhood was great. A bit far from the center but the metro was close. The room (single room) was very small. There were no desk, chair, etc. Just the necessary.

Very good location just five minutes away from the metro station. The staff was helpful and friendly and the room was new, in terms of materials used and also very clean The rooms were quite small, the breakfast buffet could have had more variety, quite noisy because of road work taking place

This being our first visit to Madrid, two things in particular helped make our trip great: First, The staff members were excellent in helping us learn to navigate the subway system, recommending places to visit, and suggesting places to eat. When we asked them how much time we should allow to get to the airport by taxi, they told us, and called the cab ahead of time for us. Second, The hotel entrance is literally 200 feet (61 meters) from the nearest subway station, which made getting to the various places of interest throughout Barcelona very easy and convenient.

It is expensive at Euro 200 per night. Location is good with access to two Metro Station, Gracia and Fontana at walking distance. The hotel is very expensive at Euro 200. But I believe it is because of heavy rush due to the Exhibition.

Very nice staff, clean comfortable rooms. A wonderfully delicious breakfast, wide choice.Metro stop next to the hotel. Two-star hotel, but in any case worthy of three stars.Everyone I can only recommend, and if I return to Barcelona in any case I will stay here again.

Hotel is located near the subway in clean and calm district. However, it is far from the sea. Price / quality of service ratio is not adequate. Room price is too high for the level of service rendered. We also had some problems with water, which badly followed from a bowl.

I had a very small room with a single, but what made the room more comfortable, was the fact that the room had a balcony, so that allowed lots of fresh air in the room and helped the room to feel larger. I didn't like that the only english channel on tv was cnn and it was very noisey, due to inconsiderate guests.
