We could not move in at noon on the day when our booking started because the room was not cleaned. We end up waiting 1.5h to move in. |

Great location. The room was very clean and nice looking. A bit pricey for just a plain room, although it's difficult to find a reasonably priced hotel in Málaga at all. |

The room was very clean and comfortable and the power shower was fantastic. The location was ideal - very much in the heart of the old town and close to all the interesting sites, the beach and shops and restaurants. We had a room on the 4th floor and did not hear any street noise at all. I would certainly stay here again. |

The staff were nice and accomodating. I am trying to learn Spanish and they helped me along, but they also spoke basic English to speak with the other members of my group. They also arranged a last minute room for a friend of mine at a good rate. |

nicely located to pedestrian and shopping area and Picasso Museum. nice staff and nice room also. a bit overpriced but that was due to weak US dollar versus strong euro. |
