Excellent location for my needs. Fantastic Staff could not be more helpful. The menu in the restaurant was a bit expensive for what I got.

It is not possible, in my opinion, to find holes in the sheet in a 4* hotels... And neither the staff hardly speaking in english is normal in such an hotel. Moreover the staff was not very kind and helpfull.

Room was great - clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very poor. No hot meals. 20€ for it was too much. Too far from the city center, but subway is pretty close.

Thought everything about the hotel was good and exactly as the reviews intimated, only complaint is that the in-room coffee means one cup per person per night ! Shame, as we are big coffee drinkers ! Asked for more and were charged - not told, just a charge added to the bill ! We are not talking room service coffee, just the little sachets to make it yourself. To be fair, when I whined they removed the charge. Also, they emailed inviting comments after the stay, which I responded to (nicely) and they have not even acknowledged. Having said all that, they got us in a room immediately on arrrival and we were very early, the room was great, clean and very well equipped (apart from the coffee !).

The room was big, clean and comfortable. Staffs were also kind and helpful. I had a problem with drainage of a bathtub, but they fixed it immediately. I liked this hotel.

Vi gillade först och främst läget eftersom vi skulle på fotboll och det ligger väldigt nära Camp Nou. Annars är läget lite off vid denna årstid eftersom det är långt till stranden. Men det går snabbt med tunnelbanan in till Ramblas. Rummen var stora och fräscha och personalen var mycket trevlig. Märkligt att man inte har fritt WiFi på rummen utan endast i lobbyn.

Отель расположен в респектабельном спальном районе города. Не смотря на это в пешей доступности есть несколько интересных для туриста объекторв: Монастырь Педральбес, Павильоны Гуэль, Королевский дворец с парком, Камп Ноу. Номера с хорошей шумоизоляцией и отсутствием шума за окном. Останавливались в отеле дважды. Первый раз не устроило отношение персонала: абсолютно инфантильные сотрудники которые здороваются через раз. В день перед новым годом номер не убирали (хотя нас в нем небыло), зато позвонили за 3 часа до нового года и предложили провести уборку!? Утром на завтраке часть продуктов явно не свежая (скорее всего то что недоели в ресторане вечером). Офицант-афроиспанец вымогает чаевые. Wi-Fi во всем отеле платный (кроме вестибюля). Бешенные цены на парковку 20 евро в сутки и отсутствие альтернативных дешевых или бесплатных мест для парковки. Во второй визит безразличие персонала достигло апофеоза: в 8:00 утра над нашим номером на последнем этаже начали проводить ремонтные работы с использованием перфоратора. На просьбу перенести эти работы на более позний срок ресепшн не отреагировал. После ремонта (шум закончился к 11:00) в номер из ситемы вентиляциии потянулись запахи с кухни. Реакция персонала опять игнор!( Отвратительное обслуживание за немалые деньги!!!

Un ottimo hotel nel complesso con un appartamento-suites molto spazioso e fornito di tutto il necessario, dal minibar compreso alla macchina del caffè. Luogo molto tranquillo in quartiere residenziale non lontano dal centro e ben servito.

Habitación grande y bonita, hasta con pequeño oficce donde estaba el minibar (gratuito) y la cafetera.Zona tranquila, aunque alejada del centro. Desayuno el horario es amplio pero no hay comedor es en la cafeteria (muy, muy pequeño) poca variedad y no hay nada caliente, lo mejor es el café que es nespreso. El aire acondicionado es centralizado, y hacia muchisimo calor en la habitación

Mi habitación con terrazza estuve genial, la vista es increible y las instalaciones tambien. El servicio de internet es muy débil y la señal no llega muy bien a la planta A. Un hotel de estas dimensiones no puede fallar en servicio de internet.

El hotel perfecto, la habitación perfecta, el desayuno perfecto. No está céntrico pero la parada de metro está a 5 minutos con lo que es muy fácil desplazarse ser Barcelona.

Realmente esta fenomenalmente situado para ir al Nou Camp, como era nuestro caso, pero ademas tiene parada de metro cerca, centros comerciales y la salida de la ciudad. Estuvimos muy cómodos.
