We stayed 1 night and paid 48 euros for room. The whole town (Viladrau) is extremely beautiful. The nature around is just amazing. The hotel staff was nice and helpful. The room had a great view from the window. Breakfast was simple but good. (Continental buffet). The parking is free. The room itself is kind of old and you feel it. The wall acoustics was perfect so we heard our neighbors very well. The hot water in the bathroom went on and off few times during shower and the sink was trickling. There is no elevator in the hotel and we carried our luggage 3 floors. But at the end the location is so good that all the other stuff seemed unimportant.

L'esmorzar. Molt amables, vam baixar quan faltaven 10 minuts i quedava poca cosa. El cambrer ens va treure un ataula d'embutits per poder començar bé el dia. Si fa sol, la terrasseta mereix un café/cervesa d'hora i mitja. vam arribar abans d'hora i tenien l'habitació preparada. Té aparcament, no obstant just davant hi ha una esplanadaa mode de pàrking.

La ubicación es excelente. Personal amable y atento. El desayuno es variado y con productos de la zona. Las habitaciones están anticuadas. La cama pésima. Muy blanda y deformable. El baño con la cisterna rota toda la noche. Podría mejorarse

El restaurante calefaccion muy alta, no tiene ascensor, y no te limpian la habitacion ni te reponen nada del cuarto de baño.no tiene tripticos de excursiones y senderismo.

La terraza. Estuve una noche y me fuí sin poderme duchar ni una vez!Se lo dije a la recepcionista y a la mañana siguiente ni arregló la averia ni dió la cara. A la hora de cobrarme me tuve que cobrar yo mismo con la camarera del desayuno; utilizando yo mismo el datafono para cobrarme con tarjeta; le comente lo del agua caliente que no funcionaba y como si nada! Tambien fotos engañosas en booking, ya que ponen una foto de habitacion moderna y luego te dan la antigua! Total despues de rutas y viajar no me pude hacer una simple ducha!!Me fui enfadado!Lamentable y lo peor, NI UNAS SIMPLES DISCULPAS!!!!

El trato recibido es muy bueno, las habitaciones tambien y la ubicacio . El desayuno es un poco pobre y no tenian carta,solo podias pedir el menu, por eso nos teniamos que ir a comer fuera y asi ahorrarnos dinero, porque el menu tampoco era muy economico.

El restaurante trabaja muy bien los productos locales y la carta es muy completa. Destacamos la terraza frente al hostal, así como la ubicación en el centro del pueblo. No nos ha gustado nada que algunas habitaciones estan arregladas y otras todavía no, LAs que no estan arregladas están en estado bastante lamentable por el precio que las venden. (Ej; ventana que tiene rota la persiana y no tiene ni cuerda para levantarla...)

La tranquilidad, las instalaciones, la relación calidad-precio, el entorno. El menú que se oferta como "Romántico" no es diferente del que tiene el mismo hotel, salvo por dos trufas de postre.
