The facilities were very good, everything was in mint condition. The staff was very helpful and nice. Probably the location. Even though it was very close to where I had to go to work, it was far from Madrid (I'm used to live and work in the city centre). But I guess it has more to do with personal taste, as I am used to move around walking and not by car.

This hotel is perfect for an airport hotel. Really clean and comfortable and it´s only about 10-15 mins from the airport. Exceptional value for money. I´d go back there for the shower alone, it was amazing!! There isn´t anything around the hotel really. I arrived too late to get some food so I had to eat a sandwich out of a vending machine. If you´re arriving late, bring some food yourself.

La responsable; Tina, en una persona muy solvente, y esta en todos los detalles. Es un hotel muy correcto para trabajar en el área de Madrid.

lokalizacja i czystość W łazience kapało na głowę. Jakaś awaria. Śniadanie nie było warte wstania z łóżka. Kawa i tost.

Muy buena relación calidad-precio Horario de desayunos algo tarde para quienes vamos por motivos de trabajo y tenemos que salir pronto. También decir que incluso cuando no era horario de desayunos, me dieron de desayunar a las 7:30 que era el único momento en el que podía antes de irme.

Sus instalaciones,dan buenas cenas,a un buen precio.el personal fue muy amable,tanto la recepcionista como el señor que nos hizo el tranfers desde el aeropuerto hasta el hotel y viceversa. El desayuno iba incluido en el precio,pero la cantidad fue pequeña,segun el camarero teniamos derecho a una bebida caliente y a un bollo o dulce o una porra,al final decidimos por un cortado y una porra,mas tarde dando un paseo tubimos que volver a desayunar en otra cafeteria.pero yo soy de desayunar,quizas sea lo normal para desayunar,y no es algo importante.ya que el resto fue excelente.

La recepcionista de la jornada diurna y vespertina, sencillamente excepcional. Igual el transportista y también el administrador, muy atentos y serviciales El precio también estuvo bien. El servicio de internet espectacular El transfer al aeropuerto La habitación muy limpia y arreglada El responsable del bar de la noche así como la recepcionista nocturna.... Desastrozos, mal educados, insensibles e irresponsables. El que no haya una persona físicamente en el hotel y que cualquier llamada se direccione al hotel de Paracuellos, le hace sentir al huésped que se encuentra desprotegido. La distancia hacia el aeropuerto es mucho más grande que la que señalan en la página web; y por lo tanto se complica la movilización

Limpieza y ubicación excelente, el precio lo mejor sin duda. Un ruido muy molesto de motor toda la noche en la parte alta del hotel.

Staff was very friendly, helpful and knowledgable. The airport shuttle was on time both ways. Excellent driver. Courteous. The Restaurant had an excellent daily menu. Tasty and good value for your money. Delicious home cooking. Room was tidy and clean. Internet worked fantastically fast!!.. Breakfast could be better or offer more choices. Besides that I couldn't find anything wrong with this hotel.

Günstige Lage zum Flughafen in Madrid. Obwohl wir vereinbart hatten, dass wir Sonntags um 07:30 Uhr frühstücken konnten, da wir zum Flughafen mussten, konnte sich am nächsten morgen niemand daran erinnern und wir mussten warten.
