Villa La Jamisa  

The location was perect, walking distance to the village.The owner was very friendly and helpful. The garden and the view were beautiful. We had a smaller room but it is worth the money we paid for it. Mijas is the perfect holiday place in Spain.

Clean, quiet, beautiful gardens

Good size apartment which was clean and modern with a fully functional kitchen and separate room for the children. Great location within walking distance of the beautiful village of Mijas and access to fantastic walking. Friendly owner. Do take cash for payment, though.

Mostly German TV channels. We would've appreciated the Spanish channels. When in Spain etc etc..... The weather so we couldn't make the most of the pool!

the heaters cables were removed and the owner requested to pay for heating if required. the staircase was dangerous to navigate.

unfortunately the owner had to rush away for an operation so we didnt have any meal facilities or the massage we were looking forward to but of course this was beyond their control, although it would have been nice to have been informed before we arrived as these two points were large parts of the reason why we booked the hotel

Everything was wonderful. The garden was spectacular, the view stunning, the atmosphere enchanting, the food delicious and the owners were incredibly kind and accomodating! Absolutely recommend.

Nothing.

It is advertised as a four star, and its more like a 2 star. It also advertises a restaurant, which was closed. The pool was small and not very clean. There was no shampoo nor shower gel provided ( we had to go into town and buy some). The room was not cleaned on a daily basis. On arrival I was aked to pay for pur stay in CASH.. the excuse was "my system is not working".

A beautiful villa in a beautiful location. The proprietor was very friendly, helpful and made us feel welcome. Would recommend this to anyone.

It was a very quiet hotel, small , away from the hustle and bustle with great views from the mountains looking down on the cost line in the distance. It was a great spot for relaxing. Food was superb although a bit on the pricey side.

Fantastic views. Friendly and helpful owners. Great location close to Mijas but peaceful and quiet. Nice pool and gardens. Would definitely go back.

Shower works fine but shower curtain needs replacing with glass screen as water floods the room and makes the floor very slippery. Needs more pillows for the bed.

Venlige og imødekommende værtsfolk der gjorde vores ophold let og behageligt. Meget hjemligt. God mad og fin betjening. Vi havde meget plads både inde og ude.

Prachtige ligging en uitzicht, mooie tuin, rustige kamer, prima ontbijt, vriendelijke eigenaren.Rustig gelegen, niet ver van de kust

Posto incredibile, vista mozzafiato.. Il complesso si trova in una stretta via privata in salita, sulla destra della rotondina che trovate arrivando in paese, ed è quindi consigliabile noleggiare una macchina di piccole dimensioni (Mijas). Per arrivarci si fanno strade di montagna (15-20 min da Benalmadena, 10 min da Fuengirola), il paese si trova molto in alto però regala una vista mozzafiato praticamente da ogni luogo. I padroni di casa Thomas e Jutta hanno fatto di tutto per rendere la nostra vacanza speciale anche se al nostro arrivo pioveva parecchio. Ottima la "Gamba Night" alla "Bodega La Gamba", ristorantino improvvisato nella stanza al piano più alto del complesso, dove abbiamo potuto gustare 1 kg di gamberi cucinati da mani esperte a soli 26 euro!! La suite è molto grande, con vasca, tv satellitare, microonde, frigo, tutto per la cucina e viste spettacolari da ogni finestra. Gli spazi esterni (comuni) sono moltissimi e suddivisi in vari gap circondati da una vastissima vegetazione (abbiamo trovato pure un geko!), ci si può sempre ritagliare il proprio spazietto di privacy se lo si desidera. All'esterno ci sono inoltre una piscina, una stanza con un computer (sempre connesso ad internet), mappe, creme solari e dei libri, ed infine Casa Vital, costruzione in legno dentro la quale è possibile godere di sauna con vista panoramica oltre che tutta una serie di massaggi che Jutta è capace di fare. Il complesso è circondato da mura che lo isolano dalla strada, e l'idea è quella di entrare in un angolo di paradiso.

Appartement wel erg hokkerig. Het ligt even buiten t dorp, op een steile heuvel, maar toch slecht 10 min lopen.

Heerlijke plek, net even buiten het prachtige plaatsje Mijas ....

Se dormire nella chiassosa Fuengirola è troppo, Mijas fa per voi. Un affascinante paese sui monti che danno sulla costa. Dalla villa La Jamisa godrete di una vista eccezzionale nel relax assoluto.

Marquei estadia para 2 adultos + 2 Crianças e quando cheguei ao hotel, este só dispunha de uma cama de casal + uma cama individual

Sitio tranquilo y muy bonito.

No está nada adaptado a personas mayores, te obligan a pagar en efectivo y te cobran el aire acondicionado aparte(lo que supuestamente has gastado en electricidad) aunque publicitan que las habitaciones tienen aire acondicionado. El restaurante sólo funciona para desayunos y algunos días cena.

Está en un enclave encantador. Tiene una atención excelente. Muy tranquilo.Tiene cerca la playa y permite recorrer la zona, volviendo a un espacio tranquilo.Aunque Mijas pueblo tiene mucho movimiento el hotel está lo suficientemente alejado como para mantener una gran tranquilidad. En nuestra habitación, tal vez por la orientación, pasamos algo de calor por las noches.

Como decía el calor que pasamos por la noche. Supongo que otras habitaciones, con otra orientación y más ventanas no tendrán el mismo problema.

El calor en las habitaciones sin AC es insoportable. El dueño te cobra la estancia tan pronto llegas, sólo admite el pago en metálico y si no se lo pides no te da ni ticket ni factura. Solo se puede desayunar a partir de las 9:30.

We vonden de tuin en ligging erg mooi!

De appartementen zijn heel klein en heel eenvoudig ingericht geen nederlandse tv programma's alleen duitse ! , handdoeken worden slechts 1 maal per week gewisseld , linnengoed ( bedden) slechts 1 x per 14 dagen . Schoonmaken moet je zelf doen, wil je iets extra b.v schone handdoeken dan is dat tegen betaling . Voor alles moet je extra betalen! extra schoonmaak , gebruik verwarming sauna , ontbijt etc. Het is erg warm in de kamer want er is geen fan of air-conditioning!
