Beautiful building. Lovely rooms. Super bathrooms. Wonderful spa areas. I recommend the spa.

Pricing. Strangely, full VAT inclusive prices were not quoted on menus in the spa & restaurant so the bill can be confusing. Spa details not attended to properly eg. steam / sauna fragrances, drinking water. One needs to ask.

The buiding and rooms are really excellent and quite luxurius. Staff are helpful but amateurs

Some staff tried hard, others very amateur, so reataurant could be very slow for breakfast and or dinner. We wanted to extend our stay but they were not sure they could do so at Booking,com rates. No one apparantly had any authority so we checked out to another hotel-their loss because no effective management on the ground.

The rooms were comfortable and the terrace was excellent. The staff were very good except for the breakfast staff who did not seem to know what they were doing.

1 Pool is too cold and the breakfast was disorgnaised and the choice poor if you did not like eggs. There were not any other options. The food was good for meat eaters but the vegetarian selction was poor and not cooked to a good standard for such a high class of hotel.

Great environment. Very comfortable room.

Value for money not good. Average service for the price. Bathroom sink clogged. Room service doesnt answer. Reception transfers calls blindly.

Everything was excellent. Staff very good food of high standard, nice and quiet, great pool area with lovely trees and shrubs.

Lorsque l'on vient pour une premier fois, la chambre 342 n'est pas le meilleure pour gdecouvtir cet Hotel. Heureusement grâce à la gentillesse de la réception j'ai pu être changé de chambre. Mon séjour a été parfait!

la estancia en la Villa Padierna ha sido espectacular, el hotel es una maravilla, habitaciones amplisimas, servicio inmejorable, el SPA una pasada, la comida en el restaurante Veranda buenisima ha soperado todo lo que nos imaginabamos*, solamente hecho de menos que todavia no juego al golf, cuando la hucha esta llena otra vez volveremos, seguro *Unica sugerencia, el aceite de oliva de la cena y del desayuno esta bien, pero no excepcional como dicen las etiquetas... yo podria recommendarles autentico zumo de aceituna de mi provincia que realmente sorprenderia a la clientela...( no es tan transparente como el del hotel, viene solamente decantado, bien turbio y con sabor inmejorable)

Nous avons été enchantés de notre séjour. Nous étions dans une des villas avec piscine privée. L'environnement est très calme, la plage privée est parfaite (même s'il faut prendre sa voiture, ça n'est pas très loin... Il y a même une navette de l'hôtel qui s'y rend régulièrement...) Par contre au niveau de la restauration, ça n'est pas à la hauteur du reste : il y a peu de choix à la carte et assez cher... Le personnel en général est charmant et très discret Le Spa est parfait, et le coiffeur est compétent et efficace ! Nous recommanderions cet établissement aux golfeurs évidemment mais aussi à toute personne qui veut séjourner dans un établissement au calme et magnifique à regarder (les jardins sont splendides !) Par contre si vous rechercher de l'animation, ça n'est pas là qu'il faut aller !

O serviço na piscina, estar a espera 40m a 1 hora por qualquer pedido como uma sandwich ou pasta é demasiado tempo. Cheguei a estar 10m ao balcão, com ninguem na minha frente, duas pessoas dentro do balcao e nenhuma me atendeu. Uma limpava as prateleiras, outra estava no caixa. Ridiculo demasiado.

What a pity for this beautiful hotel, in a fantastic environment. Instead of a quiet week, with golf & relax, there have been 3 weddings under one week. It’s quite disturbing with the music at 120 db directly under your window, after midnight. After claim, we have got a temporarily new room, just to be awakened at 02.30 again, when the party has moved to a new site. And it’s not funny, when in the middle of a candle light dinner, (beautiful & service minded personal in all restaurants), body guards in army paraphernalia & walky-talkies (supposedly “protecting” one wedding party), are taking the attention ostentatiously. Not to count that the electricity has been disconnected twice, in the evenings. Villa Padierna Palace is indeed a beautiful hotel, but the management is doing his best in order to degrade it to a bodega. A rather overpriced bodega, with this poor service.

I loved the comfort of the room, and the green environnemnt. It was romantic to walk around the golf course and the nature around. Breakfast at the terrace facing the golf course was paradise on earth!!!

El edificio y su decoración. Habitaciones amplias y muy bien equipadas.

Desayuno buffet básico por 18 euros, hay que pagar tostadas o revueltos aparte.

Ambiente muy apacible. Tremendamente acogedor. Decoración muy acorde con mi gusto. Sin estridencias. Personal muy agradable, de trato familiar y muy respetuoso. Muy cómodo para jugar al golf.

No he encontrado nada que me haya incomodado.

This is a beautiful hotel in a wonderful location with three picturesque golf courses, the rooms are nice with lovely bathrooms and comfy beds we'd a view over the golf course and the pool but had no balcony whereas our friends had a view over the driveway to the front but had a balcony so you might decide which you want. The grounds are magnificent and the views are beautiful pool is surrounded with flowers and the spa is very tastefully done.

The main issue is the service there is no body to get your bed by the pool I had to crawl under a stairs to get my own bed after another guest told me how to find a bed, no towels for these beds available, we ordered food at the pool bar which no kidding took 90 mins to arrive, the pool bar closes at 5pm so if you want a water or diet coke, you have to go back into the hotel getting dressed again etc. We arrived back at 11.40 in the evening and were told the residents bar was closed so no nightcap availble, a couple of little things would make a difference it wa a friday night. At breakfast the day we checked out an omelete took 45 mins so we had to leave, do the Building the honour of improving the sevice it deserves it

Prachtige ligging.

Ontbijt was heel slecht. Is duur en er is geen keuze. Hebben geen croissants en chocolade broodjes enz.
