They obviously have a problem with the drains. The smell coming from the bathrooms was very bad. it needs to be sorted asap.

Buen bufé de desayuno, tortilla de patatas hecha con huevos, zumo de naranja natural, café Nespresso, buen embutido. Creo que este hotel necesita una renovación general. La recepción está bien (lo de siempre), pero en las habitaciones el nivel desciende sensiblemente. No tiene en absoluto el nivel de otros 4* de Silken ni de otras cadenas. Es caro para lo que ofrece, pagué 79 Euros por una individual con desayuno incluido. En Avilés hay mejores alternativas con calidad similar y precio sensiblemente inferior (por ejemplo El Magistral). Aparte de esto, y ya es la segunda vez que me pasa en este hotel, me encontré con un fuerte olor a cañería en el baño, que se extiende a la habitación (214). Te acostumbras, pero la impresión al entrar es desagradable.

La atencion Tenia contratada habitacion doble para uso individual y me dieron una individual a pesar de que habia avisado que llegaria tarde. La insonorizacion es muy deficiente y me pase hasta la 1 de la madrugada oyendo al de al lado hablar por telefono. La ventana no cuentan con cortina especial y se transparentan las de tela dejando pasar la luz de las farolas.

Set de baño, ubicación y insonorización exterior. Las habitaciones de no fumadores no se respetan, huelen muchísimo a tabaco,tuvimos que dejar ventilándose la habitación hasta que volvimos y por el pasillo de las habitaciones se colaban olores de incluso otro tipo de cigarrillos.El desayuno es correcto pero nada excepcional, lo mejor el zumo de naranja natural, falta algún alimento caliente para acompañar.
