Great looking ,clean and modern hotel in a fab setting. Loved it

Stayed half board and although food was fine. Maybe it could have been better. Not really a dislike

Liked the design of the hotel, the rooms and the views. The golf was great and breakfast excellent. Staff in the hotel were cheerful and helpful.

Extensive building works around the pool area. Not enough direction signs to get to restaurant. Many guests roaming site looking for breakfast. Although this is obviously temporary this is a big site and we have had problems in the past finding areas.

There was some repair work going on to the large swimming pool which was therefore out of commission, but these things have to be done sometime and it was too cold to use it anyway!!

Rooms were luxurious Surroundings and architecture were really great.

Having our dinner put forward to lunch time on the 31st and then expected to pay another €175 per person for a gala dinner none of which had been offered before or during the booking. This had been planned for our New Years celebrations but instead we ended up getting a taxi into town where we had a brilliant time. We also found the staff in the restaurant working on the griddle lacked manners and although there was a lot of choice it was not always replenished when empty and often cold. We spent Christmas at a 4* hotel in benidorm and found that a 100% better.

loved it's quirky design - all around the idea of a Spanish village/small town. Absolutely stunning. Also brilliant breakfast.

End of October hotel is more or less "seniors club". That large hotel without people around so many pools and kids place is somehow sad. Price is groundless high, if you are not there to play golf.

The big pools in the 4*-part of the resort are un-heated, meaning they are completely useless as soon as the outside temperature drops below 27 degrees as they are far too cold. The pool in The Level is heated however this is not accessable unless you are a 5*-star Level-resident.

The Hotel is lovely with a great large pool area. The breakfast buffet had a good selection with something for every one. The bedrooms were a very good size, Just a shame we looked over the rubbish bins and the floor's were dirty the bathroom being the worst. The bath hand rail was hanging from the wall as was the towel rail.

Some of the staff had a very rude and could not care attitude. They seemed to be very short of staff at times. They also seem to lack any kind of supervison.

We where on a 4 days break for our wedding anniversary and where looking gor a bit of luxury and a quite relaxing break, stress free! The hotel gave us all of those things, the staff where excellet very helpful and friendly we had a wonderful time. The location is fantastic close enough to the centre for nightlife and shopping if you want it and of course the beach is very close by.

In my opinion there was nothing you could not like about the hotel.

Booking in at one location and booking out at another. Service very slow. I arrived in the underground car park at 1730 hours and left at 14.30 the next day. I was charged almost Euros 9.00. I was under the impression that the parking rate was Euros 3

The staff were exceptional and a credit to the hotel, the attention to detail was second to none, the staff had the ability to recognise customer needs and values and responded accordingly. The hotel definitely catered for the British taste, we fully understand the reasons, however being residence of Spain we would have preferred a more Spanish flavour, or at least more traditional Spanish food choice. Having said that we would visit over and over again, superb! As a tip, we asked to see a wedding package and was referred to the website, having managed hotels for many years I would strongly recommend the hotel refer any enquires such as this immediately to the events team whilst the enquiry is warm.

The pool area and general surroundings of the hotel are lovely. It really makes you feel as if you are staying in a little Spanish village.

This is a 4 star hotel and yet there was no hair dryer or Iron/board in the room. I had to request both from reception and they were then brought to the room. There was also no room directory in the room upon arrival. Again I requested this from reception but it never arrived. - Not what I would expect from a hotel of this standard. The drinks prices in the hotel are very reasonable but be warned if you are not on 1/2 board the food prices are extreme!!

No hairdryer in room although it came after requesting twice. Resturants, ... If you like cream and fish you are okay, but if like some of us who have allergic reactions you have a very limited choice. Tapa Bar was excellent very friendly. Golf course good ..........not crowded. No Buggy service although it was sat outside the Golf Complex.

Lovely decor and swimming pool. Recommend it for families on longer breaks. Lovely for young kids and great entertainment Stunning setting overlooking Benidorm, Near all the parks . Loved the water massage area and had a wonderful massage and facial Glamourous and elegant. Our friends has a gorgeous room with a terrace. Our Junior suite was okay not luxuriios Huge breakfast very good . Indigo had fab food

The reception was back logged and busy. This was also the same place you went to ask questions as no concierge so lots of waiting all the time. Hotel very spaced out and difficult to find restaurants and rooms at first.lNo valet parking or house phones for the quality of hotel. Don't get stung by the underground parking. You can park outside but still pay. All the staff was new that week , so area and hotel was new to them also.
