Villa Jerez  

Nice looking Hotel with very friendly and helpful staff who try to meet the high expectations guest have from a 5 star hotel. The hotel makes an impressive first impression but it is advertised as a 5 star hotel which it cant really meet. I really liked the bathroom with shower (4 shower heads are cool) and jacuzzi style bath.

The Hotel cant live up to its 5 stars. I had the Junior Suite which is nice and spacious but the two TVs are quite old and the channels didnt quite work. Furthermore a real 5 star Hotel would not put on blankets with holes in it. From 8 ceiling lights in the two rooms only 3 worked. Also the dinner: there is no real restaurant (they write in their menu that a proper restaurant is 500m away) so the choices and the quality of dinner food in the hotel is way below standard. There is no proper Bar either. Thats all not 5 star level. The grounds and pool area is nice and if you think about the city location its spacious but not quite that extensive as they advertise it. The hotel makes a nice first impression but the finishes are a bit poor - I had two door nobs in my hands, lights didnt work, radio in bathroom didnt work, sunday we only had cold water for a while as the boiler was broken... so all in all a nice hotel but by no means a 5 star hotel. even for spanish standards its not 5 star - too many things missing u would expect from that class of hotels. But fair play to the staff. Really helpful and nice. They tried hard to live up to the 5 star level. They even tried to organise a massage treatment for us on short notice but didnt manage it in the end - so nice try anyway. Would I recommend this Hotel? Yes and no. Yes as a 3 star hotel if you dont look to closely and if you are not hungry. No as a 5 star hotel.

Fantastic pool

Atmosphere; helpful staff.

It was a comfortable room, with a wonderful 'old fashioned' bathroom, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and it was a little haven in an otherwise busy town. The garden was wonderful, as was the pool, and I only wish we had had more time to relax more during our stay - we had come to Jerez to attend a wedding. We only ate breakfast there - but the choice available was amazing - and wonderful to sit by the pool.

Just perfect. All the staff were friendly, helpful, polite & caring. It was a real pleasure to stay in this hotel - sadly too short a stay

Droomhotel op een prachtige residentiële locatie in een veilige buurt.Dit is echt pure klasse met alles op-en-aan. Van bij de inschrijving tot bij het uitchecken is alles op en top OK. Zeer mooie kamers, prachtige badkamer met zowel jacuzzi als inloopdouche, goed werkende airco, lekker ontbijt, mooi zwembad met handdoekenservice ..... kortom een aanrader.Ook de receptionist, Paco, is echt iemand die je helpt op alle mogelijke vlakken : van het boeken van een excursie tot de reservatie van een tafel in een goed restaurant. Wat dit laatste betreft is restaurant Venta Esteban zeker een aanrader : echte Spaanse keuken aan democratische prijzen. Je moet wel tegen wat Spaanse drukte kunnen aangezien het allemaal locale mensen zijn die dit restaurant bezoeken.

Außergewöhnlich geschmackvolle innenarchtiktonische Gestaltung mit hohem Wohlfühlfaktor. Letzters auch wegen kleiner Zimmerzahl und villenähnlichem Gebäude in gepflegtem Garten. Sehr hilfsbereites, freundliches Personal.
