Plenty of free parking. Good grounds including swimming pool. Impressive building with marble floors. Good size rooms with in room safe and mini bar. Lot of storage for clothes. Good size bathroom with spa bath and rain head shower over. Good size terrace. Staff generally efficient and friendly. Bed very comfortable, two singles pushed together but with good bedding so could not feel the join.
Cleanliness could have been slightly better. There was someone else's business card about two inches under the bed when I arrived. Three days later after daily room cleaning it was still there. The spa bath looked dated and the sort of thing where there were plenty of nooks and crannies for germs to hide. I travelled out of season so the hotel was very quiet (which was nice) but service at breakfast was very slow indeed. On the first morning I was waiting 10 minutes before I was offered a coffee or a cooked breakfast.
The staff were particularly warm, welcoming and helpful. The hotel was in an elegant part of Jerez and 5 minutes from the Escuela arte Equestre and 15 minutes walk from the old town. We very much enjoyed our stay.
Gymnasium not in use.
The location away from tourist areas. A must is to try the sherry-pairing menu - 5 types of sherry matched perfectly with light dishes. A nice touch is to give a welcome glass of sherry on arrival. The reception staff very helpful.
The mattress was soft foam so we had a poor quality of sleep and aching backs in the morning. A shame as everything else was fine.
Friendly staff Peaceful setting Value Nice restaurant
Decor a little dated
Made us feel special right from arrival, great check-in, full of local info, recognised it was our anniversary and went above and beyond to help us celebrate. Best place we stayed in throughout our 6 week trip throughout Spain!
Loved arriving at the villa, the welcome and our incredibly spacious room. At first we thought it may be a little far from the old town however it was perfectly located with a pleasant walk into the old town/town centre and easy drive to explore the sherry triangle. We didn't have time to enjoy all the facilities so will just have to return for longer. Highly recommend to others.
The hotel is elegant with a comfortable feel. Small hotel ensures you feel welcome. The pictures do not do justice to the hotel. Small garden and pool but a pleasure to relax in. The staff especially paco are helpful at all times. Due to the size of the hotel staff were not always on hand during the day when relaxing by the pool. Small price to pay for the peace and tranquillity of this lovley hotel. I will definitely stay there again. We even tried to book back in after our trip yo cadiz but hotel was fully booked. Paco kindly called the sister hotel. Hotel jerez and found us a room there. Hotel jerez was as nice as the villa. A little livelier as the hotel is bigger. Would recommend both of these hotels. The villa is slightly closer to the center.
The beds were not of a standard I would expect from a hotel of this standard.
On our arrival we were invited to take some sherry on the terrace. It was so peaceful, we didn't feel we were in the middle of a city. We have already recommended the hotel to friends.
A lovely formal villa..cool, spacious room..excellent bathroom. Friendly, helpful staff..lovely pool area.
Fantastic staff Extremely clean Good food Well organised Extremely comfortable
You could slightly tidy up the right hand side of the hotel as you go in, perhaps make a tiny garden for the 3 rooms that are out the front?
The staff were excellent. Free secure parking. Lovely large room/suite. Fantastic gardens with the most wonderful Yuccas. Foe a city location it was remarkably quiet. We were both sorry to leave and would go back again
There could have been more shade round the pool
wonderfully quiet, small, luxurious hotel with very attentive and helpful staff.
Ambience and helpful attitude of staff
We arrived way to early, but this was not a problem, we could check in straight away. We had booked the cheapest room on booking.com, not good enough, we were given a free upgrade to a better room, very good. We were also given a glass of local sherry on arrival and a map with the highlights of Jerez all pointed out. There is a lovely swimming pool in the grounds, we were even given pool towels. The pool is excellent and spotlessly clean. We decided to have an evening meal in the restaurant, this was really nice and reasonably priced wine to go with it too. This is an excellent high quality hotel, there was nothing at all not to like. I would certainly stay here again. The highlight was the staff, they were all very friendly and attentive. We were looked after really well. Perfect.
The reception desk staff is very fantastic. Her and maintainance staffs found my ring out of wash stand.Thank you very much.
Everything we wanted from a hotel. Staff were friendly and efficient. Facilities excellent. Ample free parking.
The bed was very good and the bathroom was outstanding with multiple squirts in the shower and in the bath and high water pressure. The terrace was pleasant for breakfast. The large swimming pool and the surrounding area with chairs and parasols was great for relaxation. The manager was very helpful with information among other things on a free flamenco performance in a small tapas bar. The performance happened to be outstanding.
Swimming pool Outdoor seating Spacious room
Maintenance of the hotel environment: garden not well looked after, gardenfurniture dirty, flowerpots poorly maintained, poolbeds, sunembrellas and pillows broken. Gym with very poor equipment and very small. Breakfast poor:quality o.k,variety poor. Does not meet the 5star standard!
Very professional staff, warm welcome, quiet, peaceful ambience. Very good breakfast, generous size, traditional style rooms. Perfect location for equestrian centre, and a quick taxi ride from the town centre. Lovely place to stay!
Fantastic staff, great access to Feria, very comfortable suite.
Fabulous location and the hotel itself is set in wonderful grounds with friendly and helpful staff.
PACO. Great guy. Thanks a lot from Lloyd and Cita.
