The Hotel has an excellent location in the city center. The decoration of the hotel is really nice with a patio in the center of the hall, a modern version of the Alhambra. Rooms are clean, quiet and nicely decorated.

The rooms are not very practical in the way the shower and the toilet are distributed. You do not have any privacy if you are sharing the room with other person because the shower and the toilet are surrounded by glass. So you feel like if you were taking a shower not in a toilet but inside the room. A little bit strange!

Great food and spa/pool. Great massage - great value. Staff were great after they understood my 8 year old boys were not going to be wild Indians! Then, they were very kind and helpful.

At first, staff seemed concerned about us having children with us - but the place ended being a good choice.

- Rooms (at least mine) need to be re-painted - No double beds in the hotel (despite it's offered when you book), I asked to join both and they told me I have to wait 24 hours (after insisting several times and threat them with looking for another hotel, it was solved in 5 minutes...) - Nobody at the reception the dozen times I went in and out of the hotel

I appreciate the fire in the chemney, the fountain inside the hall, the general feeling of comfort. Breakfast Time was also pure pleasure.

The hotel was central in town so was good for visiting the Alhambra and various churches in Granada together with all the shops and restaurants being close by. The hotel staff were very polite, accommodating, knowledgeable and helpful. Although the car park was not on site, the staff were happy to park the car and collect it if we wanted them to. We were lucky and got upgraded to a Junior Suite with our own terrace with magnificent views to the Nevada Sierra mountain range. The rooms are very comfortable and luxurious.

The location is excellent and the atmosphere of the hotel is very pleasant. we had a 4th floor room which had a large private terrace, with great views across Granada, which was a real plus.

In part, we had chosen this hotel because of the reputation of its restaurant, so we were disappointed to arrive only to find a notice on the Reception desk saying that the restaurant was closed for a month.

We loved this hotel so much we booked in for another night, it oozed charm and style. I can't imagine how much it would have cost to bring this hotel to its present state. The location was fantastic it was close to all the sites and plenty of amenities. The staff were charming and very helpful with giving us information on sights to see and picking up tickets for Alahmbra. The room was spacious and the bed very comfortable, tHe bathroom was luxurious and the air conditioner worked well wich is very hit and miss in a lot of hotels even 4 and 5 star we have found.

The only fault that I can mention Is the wifi it wasn't the best.

Our friends and ourselves thought the decor and all rooms were smart, comfortable, and a pleasure. Our friends will recommend it to their relatives.

The chef did not cook scrambled or poached eggs in the British or American manner, which came as a surprise.

- personeel bijna niet gezien. Aan de receptie zit niemand tenzij je op de bel drukt. Beetje onpersoonlijk. - niet in het hotel ontbeten, je zit vlak aan de drukke straat vol eettentjes waar je voor weinig geld op het terras heerlijk kunt ontbijten.

Wat een mooi en klein hotel. Prachtig ontworpen (design). Verse bloemen overal. Heerlijk ontbijt. Aandacht voor de gasten. Geweldige douche. Zeer vriendelijke eigenaar. Spreekt goed Engels. Goede locatie om Cordoba te bewonderen! Een prima stadshotelletje. Er is in het straatje bij het hotel een priveterrein waar je je auto kunt parkeren tegen reele vergoeding.

Er was geen raam / uitzicht in de kamer. Faciliteiten heel beperkt (geen zwembad/tuin/restaurant).

Pague por una noche 175€ con Spa incluido y no funcionaban los chorros de agua. Aparte el jacuzzi es muy agobiante porque no tiene ventilación y no deja salir el aire caliente

Beautiful interior, open fire in the lobby. Nice breakfast. Spa facility's were also perfect.

Véritable hotel de charme, petit avec une très belle déco. Très propre.

Accueil catastrophique, chambre ne correspondant pas à notre demande, pas d'explications, télé en panne, etc... Personnel sympathique mais complètement débordé et désorganisé (E.G. 30 min pour commander une consommation en terrasse, il n'y a pas de menu donc la serveuse doit expliquer à l'oral ce qui est disponible, les prix, etc...)

Que no llegue Internet a las habitaciones eso no me ha gustado tiene que mejorar y música relajante durante los tratamientos
