very central and like a calm oasis following a busy day. loved the use of water throughout. staff very helpful the lovely outside area was taken over one night by an cruise line exhibition so we could not use it. |

The Hotel is a fantastic boutique hotel. Amazingly modern, wonderful big beds and the bathroom facilities were fab. Drinks/food very expensive. |

I have stayed in many hotels all over Europe but the location and the rooms were one of the best. The staff were very very helpful, the cleaning staff put clean towels in twice a day and turned your bes down and left linen mats to step on. 10 out of 10. The food was first class. |

Ana, the receptionist was our first point of contact at the hotel was extremely pleasant and very helpful, pointing out places of interest and bus times etc. I don't think the hotel should charge for the use of the swimming pool. |

Tthe hotel is new; our two rooms and bathrooms were very clean, roomy and beautifully furnished; the bed and pillows were very comfortable; the air-conditioning worked well; the location was very good and easy to get to from a major plaza. The public areas (lounge, bar) were nicely appointed and very restful. We really enjoyed the Villa Oniria and would definitely stay there again. The charge for use of the pool. |

Location of the hotel and room Hotel information said that the hotel had a pool.This was not the case, as the Spa had a pool, that hotel guests could use at a cost of 20 Euros per day per person ! Staff were generally helpful but there was no assistance with bags either on check in or out. |

Love the the relaxed feel of the place. It dislike very large hotels -t his was perfect -large enought to have good amenities but not too large so as to be impersonal. Guests should be able to use the spa at a reduced rate. Wanted to relax for a hour or two but it seemed not worthwhile to pay the day rate just for dip in the pool at the end of the day. |
