Hotel restaurant was fully booked for New Years Eve. No provision for room service on New Years Eve & no other options offered by staff. No dinner to be had that night.
A very lovely hotel charming as we're the staff
not only that the hotel is nice and special with a great location but also the stuff is very friendly and helpful. I wish I could have stay longer.
Beautiful hotel with very comfortable rooms, a nice spa to relax and at an excellent location in the city centre!
Beautiful building Very friendly service Great location Park service that is really useful.
We loved the understated elegance of the decore and furnishings. Our room was quiet and the two large french windows gave it a great sense of airiness. The valet parking was invaluable.
There was nothing to dislike.
Our room didn't have a window, instead there was an skylight. Heating was fixed on certain level which made the room very hot and there was no chance to open a window. The bathroom had a glass wall all around which made a little annoying when you are traveling with your older children. I think hotels should mention these things (No window or glass shower) when someone is booking a room.
Room with terrace on top floor...excellent value for money. Great location. Smart hotel but traditional at same time.
Restaurant was fully booked when we arrived.
Fabulous hotel in a great location. Our room can only be described as stunning. Nothing was to much trouble for the staff. 10 out of 10 and can't wait to go back.
Location and the decoration of the hotel are the best. The comun areas in the hotel were fantastic. Staff wonderful.
Hotel is lovely, Food in Bar service is good. good Air con
Service all through the hotel is very slow and poor. Requested a change of fused bulbs the day we checked in. 5 days later on check out it still had not been done. Breakfast orders took about 30 min on an average.
Friendly helpfull staff, the hotels interior was great.
Although located very near to the main attractions, the street was very shabby.
Fantastic hotel, great location, friendly staff, very clean and great value for money
Staff extremely helpful. We felt home from the first moment.
fantastic hotel, right in the center, very romantic, perfect facilities and staff. the place to go in Granada
The reception staff, breakfast
The room being in the loft area ,no window to look out of just two windows in the ceiling/ roof. The bathroom was to open with a e glass window with no blind, not good if your sharing with a person of the same sex also no shower curtain so water everywhere and no shower head holder. I have stayed in this hotel many times and this is the worst room i've stayed in.
Location, small boutique. Generous drinks- spirits, well made Helpful staff giving advise on places to visit.
No hot food at breakfast, also understaffed. Window from bedroom into bathroom, very odd arrangement. Suggest blinds are fitted Bar closing at midnight for guests yet people who had been dining in restaurant were being served drinks after midnight?!
We stayed for a Sunday and Monday night and were extremely disappointed to find that the restaurant was closed on these days. Although the hotel information stated that snacks would be available at the bar, this was simply untrue. The hotel was unable to provide any food at the bar or via room service for the two days we stayed at this hotel. The restaurant is run separately from the hotel, but the chef and the hotel management need to negotiate a fully functional kitchen service to meet the needs of hotel guests. The hotel is delightful, but not when it is full of hungry guests!! Attention needed quickly to ensure the hotel business is not jeapordised.
Excellent location and beautiful place.
Very good location, beautiful and ultra comfortable hotel.
The Fitness Room is very very hot and dark - it is beside the hot swimming pool and there is no air conditioning and no staff there to help you - and it opens only at 10am which has such a very bad schedule if you want to do some exercise in the morning before exploring the city.
The city centre location. Warm comfortable room with balcony. Lots of hot water. Lots of pillows Decor Parking
Twin beds when we asked for a double. Not enough soap, only one small bar for the two of us and no shampoo.
Great place , comfortable and good quality. Staff very accommodating.
Think they need more staff as they seem to have to work 16 hour shifts !!!
