very helpful staff, living area in the suite was comfortable, location was excellent

the mattress sagged and the bed creaked, the room smelled badly of smoke, there was no place to put luggage on the bedroom level, the walls and some furniture were banged up

Location

Requested a quiet room in the hotel and received a room on the first floor. During the last night of our stay I complained to hotel reception due to an almighty racket from the floors above which started at 0730hrs. On further inspection my husband confirmed that the whole of the second floor was being renovated. The hotel staff initially denied this and when we came to check out they then agreed that we had been correct, and we were then offered a discount on our last nights rate.

It is nice hotel - quiete, the room looks nice, it is adequate size. What I really liked is the bottle of wine presented by hotel - it is very good and very much in time

I do not think it is really worth what it costs. It is nice hotel, but not more than that. The disadvantage that the underground station is rather far. The breakfast is not bad, but not so good to pay so high price.

friendly staff. When I needed to call an ambulance for my husband who was unwell they were efficient and helpful

a bigger restaurant for the evening would have been better.

The welcome bottle of wine and flower and the fact that the maid service was efficient.

very pleasant staff, very good location, and rooms somewhat pleasant.

We had a room that boarded the street on the 2nd floor. At 3 am one evening, there was a HUGE commotion outside, with revelers going on for 30-40 minutes. I was suprised that nobody from the hotel stepped outside to move them along.

We liked our room and also the atmosphere within the hotel.
