Peace, nice views, seclusion, private swimming pool, green areas, feeling of safety, good service.

Distance from just about anything. Car hire or taxi is a must to get in/out. Also it's rather pricey.

Decent size, ie 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, private pool etc. 2 good golf courses on site.

Not a good sign when you have to pay in full up front before seeing the villa. These villas are not cheap and was surprised that we had to clean the villa ourselves unless we paid an additional sum. The villa was not that clean on arrirval with windows that had obviously not been washed for weeks/months. There was always at least one of the bathrooms not usable due to an extremely strong concentrated smell of sewage/sulphur dioxide which would very quickly spread throughout the whole house unless the door was quickly shut. Limited UK channels, ie 2.

Rauhallinen sijainti, upea alue, varusteltu ja siisti huoneisto, lämmitetty allas sopiva pienemmille polskijoille, pikku viat käytiin heti korjaamassa, todella ystävällinen henkilökunta.

La tranquillità e il rispetto per gli altri

De heerlijke rust (Par 4 villa 13), de fantastische ligging en ruime opzet van de Villa. Het grote privé zwembad, de lounge seats op het terras, ruime keuken, zelf een wasmachine aanwezig en grote koelkast. Ook twee badkamers! (alleen douche)

de riool lucht in een van de badkamers, de kattepoep op het gras. Dat de handdoeken om de twee dagen werden gewisseld was fijn maar de bedden zijn maar 1 x verschoont in 10 dagen, en de Villa werd niet schoon gemaakt, dat bleek niet bij de prijs te zijn inbegrepen. Generally I liked pretty much everything. It was nice and spaceous, though you could see that furniture have been used a while they where still fairly good condition. There was plenty of room for children to run around. Par 4 accomodation was nicely one level house. The pool was very nice and fairly large (32 m2) but water was a bit cold for kids, so I would recommend a heated pool choice families with small kids ( more comfortable). This is a place I wouldn't dream about going without a car. Walking around is very nice but car is needed for shopping and going to the beach in Meloneras. I will surely stay with them again, but next time I will choose a villa with a heated pool ; )

The cleaning materials weren't that handy, Brush okay but the mob for washing floors was in poor condition. I will recommend that clean the dishwashers filters before use. I found broken class, and rotten food so no wonder the dishwasher smelt a bit odd on our arrival. I didn't know what to expect but I also didn't know was it the recipients duty to fix things like that. So I just fixed it myself so we could use the dishwasher. That was the only thing I have to give a bad grade.

Ihanan rauhallinen oma pieni piha ja terassi. 4 aikuiselle hyvän kokoinen villa.

Uima-altaa vesi on todella kylmä joulukuussa. Sijainnin vuoksi aurinkoisia tunteja oli vain klo 15 saakka.Ilta-aurinko olisi miellyttänyt meitä enemmän. Tiesimme etukäteen, että auto on oltava ,ettää pääsee liikkumaan vaivattomasti.
