These villas, part of the Festamar complex, is in L'Estartit, 2 miles from fine sandy beaches and shallow waters safe for swimming. All villas have furnished terraces, and you can refresh yourself in the swimming pool. The group of villas with private pools lies 2 miles from the center and Mediterranean beach of L'Estartit. They enjoy a quiet area enjoying beautiful views of the Medes Islands. The first floor of the Solric Villas has a lounge with dining area complete with double sofa bed and a kitchen well-equipped for preparing large meals. The upper floor has bedrooms with single beds, a complete bathroom and a balcony where you can enjoy the Costa Brava sunshine. Bed linens and towels are included. Villas muy bien acabadas, la limpieza muy bien y puedes disfrutar de la piscina. Muy buena relación calidad/precio. Tienes que cojer coche para moverte.

La ubicación. Está como a unos 3 kms de la playa con lo que no tienes el agobio de los apartamentos más céntricos. Como en L´Estartit no hay problemas de aparcamiento en la playa, trasladarte en coche a ella no es un problema. La urbanización es un poco agobiante, pues las calles son muy estrechas.

Me ha gustado la tranquilidad que habia, no se escuchaba nada por las noches, No me gusto, que en la descripcion de las casas no digan que hay dos tipos de casas, una mas nuevas que son las fotos de decoracion nueva y otras mas viejas, llame para preguntar si habia 2 tipos de casas? y los de la recepcion festamar me aseguraron que todas las casas eran nuevas e iguales. Me senti engañada!! De nuevas solo hay 6 todas la demas son viejas. Faltan muchas cosas de menaje, ademas de un buen toldo para el sol, los colchones son horribles,el aire acondicionado solo hace ruido etc.. me queje en repcion y me dijeron que es lo que hay. Voy muy amenudo a casas de alquiler y realmente son muy caras para lo que ofrecen, el personal de recepcion muy prepotentes.

es un entorno muy tranquilo. La piscina está muy bien. La casa está muy bien preparada. Desayunar en la terraza es un placer. quizás la carretera de acceso hasta la urbanización, está un poco descuidada y hay muchos agujeros en el asfalto.

Buen sitio para ir con niños,la independencia que te da una casa y la cercania de la piscina,hace la estancia muy comoda.Los niños han estado de maravilla y el lugar es precioso.Lo recomiendo para familias con niños es ideal.

De locatie in rustige omgeving ca. 4 km van de kust;.kust makkelijk /snel bereikbaar; villa's goed uitgerust; supermarkt dichtbij. Dat er geen vaatwasmachine aanwezig was zeker gezien het feit dat er ook 6 personen in deze villa's kunnen overnachten; geen airco op bovenverdieping; wel wat gehorig.

Situado al pie del Montgrí, a medio camino entre Torrella I l'Estartit. Lugar tranquilo y familiar. Casas cómodas para estar en grupo o en familia. Buena relación calidad-precio.

Accommodation was spacious, the balcony from one bedroom was nice. Its close to a major supermarket. The pool was fine. There was space to park. Distance from town centre too far really for teenage children to travel independently to the beach. Ok in the daytime with a bike bur not after dark as the road is quite busy. Some of the other neighbours had dogs that barked a lot both at night and in the morning and were very irritating. One shower for six people can be a struggle, A mirror in the bedroom would have been useful, only two mirrors one in each bathroom. Could do with a barbecue in the garden area.

Nos ha gustado la tranquilidad de la zona. Es la primera vez que nos hemos sentido engañados. Pensamos que la relación calidad-precio es desorbitada. Nos parece excesivo lo que hemos pagado, para lo que nos encontramos: unas "villas" muy antiguas que no tenían nada que ver con las fotos que se muestran en la web, un jardín totalmente descuidado, un mobiliario viejo (excepto la cocina), las comodidades eran nulas, las camas mal, el baño también,aire acondicionado no funcionaba bien y hacía muchísimo calor,... En la piscina a las 8 de la mañana ya había gente, pensamos que a las 9 sería una hora más decente, se oye demasiado ruido desde las habitaciones. En definitiva, nos sentimos ESTAFADOS!!! Hemos pagado una estancia a un precio caríiiiiiiiisimo, y la verdad, no esperábamos lo que nos encontramos. Estamos INDIGNADOS.

Grootte van de woning. Netheid van woning. Verouderd meubilair. Blaffende waakhonden in de omgeving. Beton rond door huisjes omgeven zwembad.
