Just far enough out of town to be away from the hustle and bustle but a very short walk to everything you would want to go to.
Nothing - its perfect!
Staff was really great delicious breakfast with good food quality
Room was large nice confortable but quiet unpersonnal Bath room little bit old fashion
It's a beautiful hotel, part of the Small Luxury group and deserves to be. Handy for a short walk to the beach or the old town for the Pinxo's!
Gorgeous facility, beautiful room, treats delivered befor bedtime, lovely breakfast. Elegant.
A bit far to walk to town if the weather is bad, otherwise wonderful walking in a gorgeous town.
Situation, friendly and helpful reception, good room with excellent bathroom
Staff excelent warm and friendly atmosphere
No tea or coffee facility in your rooms
Location..... 10 minutes from beach, 20 minutes walk to old town; rooms are gorgeous, breakfasts are excellent. A very classy hotel.
Nothing. It was on the pricey side but worth every cent.
location, friendly staff, cycle hire, lovely breakfast
Good parking facilities. Excellent, and very clean, bedroom. Excellent breakfast. Friendly and efficient staff.
The staff was very accommodating and kind. Beautiful property.
Top quality hotel to stay.

the personal breakfast in the garden
break down of warm water supply for an hour during evening
The only outside space was by the car park & noisy too. Our room was very nicely decorated but only average size as was the bathroom. All in all, the hotel was nothing special. In the U.K. it would have been classified as a B & B & therefore didn't warrant the enormous rate that we had to pay.
Presentation, cleanliness, friendliness, surroundings & ambience. Simply fantastic and one of our very best mini-break stays anywhere, ever! I found it very hard indeed to fault anything and the experience was one of being invited into someone's home rather than being in any 'normal' hotel environment. Pure and unadulterated luxury, we loved it and con't wait to come back!
Not a lot! If I was being hyper-critical then I could say that the location is a little remote from the San Sebastian 'action' but to be fair I was aware of that when I booked and the trade-off is the service, ambience, surroundings and the peace and quiet - simply lovely! More expensive than some but in our view you tend to get what you pay for
Beautiful hotel within walking distance of the town. Rooms were comfortable and spacious. Staff were wonderful and attentive.
Villa Soro is a very pleasant hotel. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and clean. Breakfast was simple but more than sufficient.
The distance from the centre of town was a problem for us. We had to drive everywhere. We also felt we missed out on the beach front atmosphere.
Very comfortable rooms, excellent service and quiet but convenient location.
Staff, Rooms and atmosphere.
Nice garden but no views.
We loved every minute at Villa Soro. The staff are lovely and friendly, the hotel is beautiful. It's a short walk into town, the free bikes at the hotel are an awesome way of getting around San Sebastián. I cant wait to go back and wouldn't hesitate to stay at Villa Soro again.
Staff, particularly the concierge for whom nothing was too much trouble. He phoned around several restaurants to find us a table on a Sunday and the result was great.
No pool. But you cannot have everything...
Quiet, old style decor. Comfortable bed and great breakfasts.
Little bit out of town along a main road.
Decent quality and size of room. Good toiletries.
Expensive by Spanish standards. We paid well over £200 a night but only £110 in Bilbao in a better hotel. Staff pleasant but not particularly welcoming.
