the villa was very cold and the bathroom was very basic towels a bit thin
View from room. Good buffet breakfast. Walking distance to town.
The hotel was near to the centre and much enjoyed the walk there and back after a meal out. We liked to look at Cazorla from the hotel restaurant terrace. Would like to go back, and we would book the same hotel again.
We would book a room with direct view of Cazorla and with a balcony next time. Breakfast was basic but not complaining as the hotel was cheap. If we stayed longer, would have ventured into Plaza Maria for breakfast one morning.
Beautiful setting lovely Views ideal location for exploring Cazorla village and surrounding area. Hotel breakfast very good and staff friendly and helpful.
Dogs barking at night!
Location and good breakfast.
Grumpy reception staff, villa very cold and grim. Buildings look like they need a good makeover.
Beautiful situation in a truly gorgeous mountain resort. We had a lovely time. Many bars and restaurants and the hotel was ex value for money. A very good breakfast was included in our price and really good reception staff. They were all very helpful. Would definitely return. Thank you.
The swimming pool wasn't very enticing it seemed to be in the wrong spot very hidden away.
We like the little villa that were given to stay in. The position, although a walk to the town, was really good with amazing views. The grounds, although now a little shabby have massive potential but feels like it has seen its hey day.
We decided to eat in the hotel restaurant in the evening. There were several other couples in the restaurant (of different nationalities) and all of us found the food unacceptably bad. The waitress tried to please but it was embarrassingly bad. The villa we were given was nice but we were woken early in the morning by the sound of extremely loud hammering and drilling from below. We laughed as the bed shook but soon the became ridiculouse given that the hotel wasn't full and they put us in a place were builders were refitting. We left asap with no apology from the hotel or reimbursement. We felt like we had been deliberately ripped off by the manager who seemed to sneer and was very unfriendly. We don't recommend this hotel but Cazorla was beautiful and worth a visit.
for a more than reasonable price we were given a 2-bedroom villa with balcony. Both breakfast and dinner in restaurant were amazing. Very friendly and helpful staff. Breathtaking views. Wish we could stay more.
No elevator or smth. - we had to climb up quite a steep stairs with heavy suitcases. Also there was a local fiesta in Cazorla, so the only way to the hotel was blocked, and we lost 2,5 hours only to find that there didn't exist any other way. Parking was full, had to leave car at the road
Situation outside town but within walking distance. Nice room with lovely views from balcony.
Cafeteria dark, probably more used in winter. No bar near restaurant.Had to ask reception for drink on terrace. Not a great problem.
Great location, excellent value for money, good selection on buffet breakfast.
Accommodation does not have a fridge or kettle
Location and parking facilities. Great views of Cazorla.
Breakfast is poor quality
The location being close to the centre, easy access and easy to Find with plenty parking. Breakfast Was a good selection with the staff being very helpful & friendly
We loved the location and the fact that we could walk into the town. The ambience of the Reception and Terrace was also very nice. Breakfast was very good and the staff were helpful. So, lots of positives.
We were disappointed with our Villa, especially as we were there to celebrate our Silver Wedding Anniversary. We asked about a possible upgrade, which we would have bee happy to pay for, but were advised that all the villas were the same. It was comfortable enough but very dated.
Location is nice The breakfast is OK, but it would be nice to have some variation in it for guests staying multiple nights.
The rooms are not soundproof at all. You can literally hear what your neighbours are saying. Because our room was quite at the front of the hotel, we were woken up as soon as the first guest walked by for breakfast. The bed was very hard and uncomfortable. Also the bathroom was very old, and shower head was broken. Finally it was hard to find the hotel as some of the signs are behind other traffic signs. The hotel itself also misses a clear sign. I would certainly not recommend this hotel to others.
Location out of town but short walk to old town and excellent views across to the town at night.
we loved the view from our room and the overall location of the villa
the rather difficult access to the individual houses
You cannot beat its location. When you sit on the balcony sipping your wine or tea and watching the sunset over Cazorla, you understand how true this is. Good parking. Good WiFi. Imposible superar su emplazamiento. Cuando estés sentado en el balcón tomándote un vino o un café y viendo la puesta de sol sobre Cazorla, lo entenderás. Buen parking. Wifi adecuado.
Nice view over the city, calm location. Near to the city center on foot. Good food in the restaurant
No fridge in the room. Wrong street name so i had trouble finding the place.
Excellent dinner Friendly and professional staff Parking availability
Balcony not cleaned during whole stay (3 nights) Too many steps (over 40 to our room) No extractor or opening windowin bathroom No ceiling light or bin in bedroom
Short walk to the square for the evening out. Nice town to wander around but most of all the park itself.
No tea/coffee making facilities.
the staff were very good, the restaurant was very good for breakfast.and the bar was very welcoming with a lovely open fire
The villa was very cold, paint peeling off the wall down stairs.very basic .loved to have had a kettle for a hot drink
