Score from 2525 reviews Very good
This 19th-century building is in the historic center of Granada, 320 yards from the cathedral. The Alhambra is within a 15-minute walk of the property.
Score from 727 reviews Excellent

Alhambra Palace is just outside the Alhambra’s ancient walls, offering spectacular views of the city of Granada. It features stylish rooms with Moorish-inspired décor, free Wi-Fi and satellite TV.
Score from 1503 reviews Excellent
The hotel lobby and the lovely scent of oils. The conservatory restaurant area, the helpful friendly staff and the location. Room décor was very Moorish and loved the Granada cultural feel.
No iron in the room or available at reception. We were told ironing services are to be requested and charged!
has been refurbished since we stayed there. Reception has an air of calmness after the bustle of the city and bar is modern and clean. Restaurant looked good but we ate out during our stay. Our room was again clean, bright, nicely furnished and well lit.
In the early evening we could clearly hear the conversation of guests either above us or next door we couldn't tell. We thought we were in for a disturbed night! However we didn't hear a thing maybe they checked out.
I loved the location and the friendliness of the staff. I thoroughly enjoyed my visit and will stay there again if I return to Granada.
The wi-fi, for some reason, didn't work in my room. So instead I used the wi fi in the lobby. It worked fine there. I would have liked to have a chair and desk in the room to do some work.
WIFI was not good.
The hotel was very good - spacious bedroom, lovely bathroom with plentiful hot water, very clean and very quiet.
The name of the hotel is very misleading - it is NOT in the Albaizin district of the city. No tea and coffee facilities in the room.
walking distance from City Centre, but still quiet. Nice decor in the Hotel. Staff at reception very good and helpful
Underground car park very tight to manoeuvre and not for free.
Furnishings throughout the hotel, friendliness of staff, location.
Paper thin walls - could hear both sides of our room and didnt sleep during the night due to being constantly disturbed by noise.
Good location and comfortable pillow. The receptionists are very helpful too.
Too much noise from both outside and inside the hotels. We can literally hear passer-byers chat early in the morning (as the hotel is just next to bar and cathedral) and heavy door slam from other rooms when they close the door. We were also waken up from early morning room cleaning.
The solution focused staff, nothing was too much trouble, they were all lovely
Limited sound proofing, this could be improved, although this wasn't a big problem
Location good, had to search for a good restaurant. Breakfast excellent
ideally located in city centre, excellent breakfast in nice atrium. Good tapas, clean and nicely decorated rooms with good beds.
The location is excellent and walking distance to everything. We had tapas in the hotel bar which were gourmet level and reasonably priced. The service was wonderful and the room very comfortable.
goid location hotel however beds were not so comfortable as they were two single beds next to each other. Also no coffee machine in the room which was a disappointment for me.
No coffee machines and beds were uncomfortable
There are very nice restaurant, delicious food , and friendly staff. The room andalusian decoder is fabulous. Its location is ok. I really recommend it.
I couldn't find iron and iron table in the hotel.
The staff were experienced and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. One night while a wedding took place and the bistro was busy - a new table was quickly organised for us.
At first we turned towards the river not knowing the top end of the street had the best places to eat, drink and wander etc which is why I marked less than excellent for location. But this was not the fault of hotel and in hindsight I don't think we could have chosen better, 5 minutes only from the heart of everything.
Friendly staff. Middle of the center.
Nothing major, but the parking rate is too high comparing to other hotels.
We loved the rooms, beds, bathroom, lobby, and central location of this hotel. It is a good value and we would go again. However, there are two problems.
The hotel is very difficult to locate in a section of the city that cars are not allow to travel for free. Second, we had two credit cards stolen while there. We had left them in the safe in the room. Then in our luggage all day until departure time with the bell station. The theft must have happened there. We immediately cancelled the cards.
Rooms are small ,breakfast was always not enough. Services are average
The location is great. It's close to everything. The room is nice and the bathroom is big, unusual for European hotels. The staff is helpful.
If you get a room next to the street, it can be a bit noisy. Our rate wasn't very low but still it didn't include breakfast.
Excellent value for money, Good parking. Very nice hotel , very clean. Yes would return
Individual employees went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable, but this was largely a personal action and did not appear to be part of a larger corporate policy.
Staff, particularly front desk staff, were understaffed and were often obliged to deal with matters as best they could with little time left to give attention to individual questions or requests.
Location, near Alhambra and tapas bar in hotel and next door.
Busy hotel with lots of tour groups.
Decor, very modern, tasteful, Moorish accent. Perfume used in public rooms is gorgeous, you can buy it at reception - we did. Breakfast is a bargain, about 13 euros for 2 people.
Can't think of one thing
Location Breakfast nice and fresh
Noisy at night at back of hotel at night due to rubbish removal and Echo being a narrow alley
Great location. Friendly and accessible staff.English speaking staff. Convenient and well assorted breakfast.
Rooms were noisy could hear next door room occupants activities. Doors squeaky and loud when opening and closing. Street noise not well suppressed by windows or window coverings.
