Placeringen var perfekt, låg mitt i centrum. Nära till allt. Rent på hotellet. Nya handdukar varje dag.

Good location.

1) No WiFi in the room even you pay. Only wired internet provided but speed is slow and high speed internet provided by additional price !!! If you have to live with internet, do not choose his hotel. Out of the world ! 2) Stink smell liked a dirty toilet after we back to room in afternoon, I suspect their ventilation system is fault. Ridiculous !

Upon availability, but usually always, the hotel gives the opportunity to upgrade for very reasonable amounts. Upgraded rooms range fro excellent to truly rock-star spectacular with gorgeous Gran Via views and interesting layouts.

The location is very good

1. There were no bellboys and we had to carry our luggage up yo our room, imagine a couple of 70 & 67... 2. WE STAYED AT ROOM 304 AND THE WAY WE HANGED OUR SUITS WAS VERY UNFRIENDLY, WRONGLY DESIGNED

Very good location, so really convenient to catch metro. The room was really clean and nice with reasonable price. Thank you for all hotel staff and Booking.com.

Required up-front payment - not mentioned beforehand. Wasn't a non- smoking room. No WiFi - required Ethernet cable. No Parking.

The staff were excellent so helpful and friendly. The location was fantastic and facilities were brilliant. Highly recommend.

Excellent location for exploring Madrid. The staff were very helpful, and responded efficently to my needs/requests. (e.g. TV not working in my origional room, and as it could not be mended I was moved within minutes to another room) Room was very stylish, as was all the decor in the hotel. Very comfortable room.

Need to review information available to guests. The hotel booklet was missing the section giving information on times for breakfast for example. I dont remember the section heading, but it was in the index and missing in the text. I checked the Spanish and French versions, it was missing there too. Concequently I was 5 minutes late going to breakfast and it was not possible to be served. There was no information on what was happening in the city either. I found things out for myself, but it would have been better if there had been some sort of listings paper available in the hotel. I managed a ticket to the Royal Opera House anyway, but information would have been welcome. Finally no tea/coffee facilities in the room, I expect this as standard in this level of hotel.

We reserved a non smoking on the first night but we got a smoking room and although we could change the room the next day we were not happy with it.

Location is perfect in the center. Metro is just few meters Lots of restaurents and coffee shops are beside Price is ok

TV is very old Dust in the ventilation The room was very hot due to non availabilty of AC in winter. So we tried to make the window open which caused the room to be very cold. The allowd check in time was very late
