The service was friendly and professional. The spa zone was pleasant and relaxing-minimal people allowed in at a time, three soaking tubs, sauna & steam room, it was a nice break, not sure if I would have paid extra for it though. The hotel was a basic 4 star, so for the price I feel we got what we paid for. There was a comfortable bar across the street (Georgia)which seemed popular with locals and served a very good Gin Tonic.

The breakfast was mediocre, would not have paid for it if it wasn't included in the price. The location is out of the main "tourist" center, but only takes 10 minutes to drive into the historical center...not much in between except the local town. If you have issues with the typical hotel blow dryer, this one is a normal dryer, but it plugs into the wall through the drawer under the counter and the cord doesn't reach that far out of it, it is heavy and you have to keep the button pushed down to keep the power on which made it very difficult to dry a full head of long hair, I was glad I brought my own travel dryer.

We had room 708. We liked the overall design of the reception & public rooms as well as the bedrooms: use of white, brown & wooden floors. Everywhere was immaculate. Comfortable beds; well appointed bathroom. If all rooms are like 708, then I cannot fault this hotel.

Excellent value for money and very easy to locate for an overnight stay. Good safe parking for extra charge which was important for us in a big city.

The staff, especially in the dining room, were excellent and the evening meal was also excellent value for money. The room was immaculate with interesting design features. The only down side for us, through our own fault, was the distance from the hotel to the historic town centre, not that it's really worth seeing in comparison with other really interesting Spanish cities nearby. Overall, it's a pity this hotel is where it is or, perhaps more accurately, that Vallodolid is such an uninteresting city which, of course, is not the fault of the hotel.

Very good location - 20 mins from the airport and short taxi / bus ride into the centre. Good parking in hotel basement at extra charge.

Very nice clean and modern hotel. I found the rooms quite small but have excellent fixtures and fittings and was spotless, This business type hotel is on a main road with a large mall opposite with lots of bars and restaurants within a minutes walk. Please do NOT be put off by its main road location we where only on the third floor but we could not hear any traffic noise in fact its location is an asset.

We enjoyed our stay and it was very relaxing but we had to pay and extra 44 euros to use the spa and it was by appointment only so we missed out. we were very disappointed that it wasn't made clear that the use of the spa was not included in the price of the hotel.

Un hotel con un diseño muy agradable, buena limpieza y personal amable. La localización, si buscas un hotel fuera del centro, es muy buena. La cama es cómoda y confortable. El desayuno buffet es muy bueno, con una buena variedad.

El calor insoportable (incluso con las ventanas abiertas) en la habitación. Tras comentarlo con el personal, parece que sucede los primeros días de calor del año hasta que mantenimiento decide cambiar el sistema de calefacción a funcionamiento de frío. La habitación era cómoda y confortable, pero no era muy grande.

El hotel me ha parecido magnífico. Esta muy bien, el personal es muy agradable y la habitación era una maravilla, muy amplia, súper limpia, muy confortable y cómoda, un lugar muy acogedor. Volvería a repetir. Lo único es la ubicación que esta como a 2 kilometros del centro, pero ya lo sabía cuando lo reserve.

No hay nada que me parezca negativo. Bueno,,,,,,,, si, que no me pusieron cepillo de dientes ejejejejejej

El trato en recepción y lo silenciosas que son las habitaciones.

Hacia mucho calor en la habitación y no funcionaba el aparato que regula la temperatura y por otro lado solicitamos cama de matrimonio y nos dieron dos camas al no haber disponibilidad.

la puerta corredera del cuarto de baño no cierra bien ,y está justo frente a la cama no deja intimidad ninguna. Un detalle muy desagradable y facil de solucionar
