The hotel from the first see looks old and small but when you see the room your opinion surely would be changed. It's clean and helpful staff

Sometimes i find flying bugs speacially in the toilet.

Location was great and staff was very friendly.

Bathroom was flooded after taking a shower because water ran from the walls to the floor instead of the bath tub.

Your magazine doesn't highlight clearly where your other hotels are .we would be happy to stay in another Vincci hotel but it was not immediatley obvious

Charming, efficient and helpful staff. Very comfortable beds and spacious, well equipped room and bathroom. Clean and modern, with stylish decor. Excellent position for the historic centre of Malaga. Superb breakfast choice served in an extremely well run restaurant. Good bar. Pleasant rooftop terrace with swimming pool. Can thoroughly recommend a stay here.

Rooms were quite noisy when people were on the street. Parking was available, but the car needed to be parked and retrieved by hotel reception/concierge, which sometimes meant a long wait, especially in the morning as the desk was understaffed when guests were checking out.

The wi-fi was free but very slow. The breakfast is relatively expensive.

The staff was very accomodating and the location was good. Right in the old part near the cathedrals and some ruins.

The room was not 5 star! More like Motel 6. Small, cramped and beds as hard as stone! Back-ache city! And the view? The balcony of the ratty appartment next door looking in our windows from 8 feet away!

The gym was too small and smelled bad, but who needs a gym when you can walk on the beach in Malaga?

Absolutely perfect room on 2 floors (with no view though), comfortable bed, lovely toiletries, fabulous breakfast, wonderful (cold) pool. Friendly staff.

One female receptionist was not very friendly at all. Perhaps a language issue? The only negative.

Good (central) location and very clean hotel. Everuthing looks new.

Noise in the room (we had a room on the front, near the main street). Lack of normal facilities for a 5* hotel. For example: no wallet for luggage, no toilet brush, no brush for cleaning shoes, no massage in the hotel etc.

The staff were extremely friendly, knowledgeable and professional. The room (Junior Suite) was well furnished and very clean. The location is excellent for anybody wanting to explore the historic city of Malaga.

Whilst the room was a good there was no view, only a skylight window. The room was bright but felt a little claustrophobic.
