Good location with views from our room to the local ski runs. Good courtesy bus service to town centre. Chair lift to town and with direct connection to ski lifts.

The quality of our bathroom was very disappointing - small, drab and tired. Vincci Selección Rumaykiyya is 5 star rated and we would have expected something much better.

My group got to leave after five long days,if your looking for friendly staff and a nice atmosphere look somewhere else, this place is morgue like.im forty plus and this felt like gods waiting room avoid!!!!

Excellent location and a nice hotel with all the facilities that you need for a good weekend trip. Very clean.

I didn't think that you were looked by the staff. I reported an issue with the safe but gave up in the end as I was waiting too long. At breakfast you quite often needed to set your own table and you would need to go looking for the staff to ask for things rather than they come to you. There didn't seem to be enough of them. There was often nobody serving in the bar which meant you had to go and find someone. A good hotel but certainly not a 5 star experience.

The hotel is clearly the prettiest in the area. The shuttle service was very good.

Parking! I was told there was parking outside the hotel. I managed to find a space about 80m from the entrance to the hotel. However this was not parking for the hotel and my car was towed away and I was given a very large fine. This should be made clear by reception.

There were so many things which were amazing! The fact that we did not experience any of the negative points raised by others who complained about the hotel on here was a relief. It is apparent to me that the hotel values it's guests and when there I was trying to find fault, but couldn't! A girl called Christina on reception who spoke good English was outstanding and helped explain the area and pointed us towards the hotel's own Ski-Hire shop which again was good. We had a problem with the tv in the room, and from calling reception to an engineer knocking at the door took less than 2 minutes! He fixed the electrical problem quickly which allowed us to watch the latest films (unlimited) and use the cabled internet which connected to the tv (would have been better near the work desk for me to be honest but it was ok), adult movies which of course I didn't watch! and also music on demand from loads of different genres etc, there was a charge of about £24 for all this which I know many would say is quite expensive but I didn't think so. As the hotel was quiet we were automatically upgraded to a superior room which had doors which opened out onto a massive balcony area where you could see the mountains, this was amazing. The restaurant was expensive, although the free breakfast was to die for, absolutely fantastic. I've stayed in hundreds of hotels and this honestly was great! When I say expensive, I actually mean it was a very high class restaurant. Wherever you go you generally get what you pay for, the food was of the highest quality. Not a massive menu, but that's often the case when the food is so special. You really must try the food from the lunchtime menu. At dinner the starters and desserts are from a massive buffet. The ski-lift is outside the hotel door and therefore its probably the best placed quality hotel in the Sierra Nevada,

I think I saw a spec of dust on the tv in the room, but that's it!

El hotel es precioso. La habitación muy limpia, cuidan todos los detalles. El desayuno buffet tambien es de primera calidad. Lo recomiendo. A mi hija le ha gustado mucho porque en el aseo ponen todo tipo de jaboncitos. El hotel está en plena montaña, a diez minutos de Pradollano, pero lo suplen con un magnifico servicio de transporte gratuito y muy eficaz. En cuanto les avisas, te vienen a recoger al punto de encuentro. Y tambien te llevan al pueblo en cuanto les avisas.

El primer dia nos dieron una habitacion con vistas a una roca y no se veia nada. Al segundo día nos la cambiaron.

L'emplacement est ideal. Situé en haut de la station de ski un télésiège est a la sortie de l'hotel. Aucun besoin de porter ou de déchausser les skis. La vue est imprenable. Le personnel est très charmant.
