    bus into town free of charge, ski lift outside hotel, friendly and helpful staff, excellent views, nice spacious rooms.

    Didn't like having to pay extra for the spa. €18 per person(which was only a small Jacuzzi and a sauna) You expect to pay extra for treatments but not hotel facilities when you are guests there.

    Bedroom (a suite) was excellent.

    Location made it difficult to get to village and facilities. Courtesy coach service rather inconsistent. Dining limited in the evening.

    Very pleasant atmosphere in this hotel. Location is easy to find and to reach. Big room, good food. You can also ski to and from the hotel. Super !

    The fact that you need to ask for a new WiFi-code every 24 hours. Why ??

    Good staff good food

    No pool no sauna, if you book steam room you only get 35 mins so no time to relax, no wonder you can book any time, rubbish rooms poor quality, I have travelled all over the globe and this just scrapes a 4 star

    As in previous reviews, I rate this hotel the finest in Sierra Nevada. It never fails to satisfy my needs. I will return again and again.

    Great reception staff on arrival, very friendly and helpful. Nice breakfast buffet. Guestrooms need more maintenance. Not everything was working properly

    On the late shift, front office staff seemed careless and were less professional. It was extremely difficult to get hold of the spa staff. It took me more than an hour to get an appointment as they were not calling me back. Bad service during breakfast, only had the opportunity to order some coffee when I was almost done. And it was not packed...

    Everything was comfortable very good. we enjoy the trip very much and I will stay at VINCCI only whenever I will visit Seire Navada.

    Location, room and hotel facilities meet expactations and discription.

    Ski room is cold and boots are still wet the morning. Wi-Fi is very low quality even premium one.

    The location of the hotel for ski-in and ski-out accessibility is very good and you step into your skis 25 yards from the front door. The ski locker room is well thought out and easy access. Good breakfasts and very friendly staff and atmosphere. Ongoing shuttle from Hotel to centre of town.

    The downside of having the ski access is that the hotel is located higher up the mountain. This limits the apres ski in the centre of town as the last lift up from the centre to the hotel is at 17:30. For this reason I would rate the hotel high for families with younger children and a bit less so for families with teenagers.

    Very helpful staff, good food in the restaurant. Rooms were spacious and clean.

    Hotel was too hot at night, but too cold with windows open so none of us slept very well.

    Everything was really super from the staff to a great location for Skiing. Having the Ski Hire shop in the hotel made everything easy and also being able to book ski passes on a daily basis.

    Having a drying room for damp ski boots and gloves would have been good. We had to hump everything to our room. And sadly our stay was rather marred by our last night when I had to write a formal complaint about the noise in the room above that went on until 2am in the morning. We were leaving at 5am the following day on our return home, so I was very very upset. I would stay at the hotel again but only if it could guarantee this would not happen. Evidentially the room above ours room 407 (we were in a family suit 306) was a privately owned apartment and the hotel could not do much about it apart from ask them to be quiet, It was a Spanish family having a party!! For a 5 star hotel I found this completely ridiculous and far from satisfactory. They did give me a discount for this night but frankly I would have rather had a good nights sleep.

    lovely facility. charming

    specifically requested a suite with a mountain view for my wife's 50th birthday. received a suite at the far end of the facility with no view and was very dark. told the front desk it was not acceptable so they gave me a double room with a view but instead of refunding me the money difference they gave me a free buffet dinner which I didn't want as I had already booked dinner in town. Food was marginal and if I equate the cost of the two room differences I would say grossly overpriced. it's a shame that a simple mis handling of this situation caused me to have a negative opinion of what otherwise was a nice experience

    Nothing

    The value for money, the room was dirty, the heating wasn't working properly, dinning hall dirty, reception very cold, staff not organized. Terrible experience for a 5 star hotel.

    Staff was very helpful, dinners were outstanding and a good value. Breakfast was also good. Location was also outstanding.

    The fact that between wind and fog I hardly skied but this is not the hotel's fault.

    Staff were very helpful, welcoming and friendly. The hotel manager came to welcome us to the hotel on arrival and we were offered a glass of Cava - very nice touch indeed.

    Not enough choice in restaurant on main course for evening meal. However food was excellent!
