The location of the hotel is excellent in Main road. I loved the hotel design and the staff. Our room was 25 sqm but it has a balcony around 15 sqm and you can see the Madrid city, lovely view. (Already there is 2 chairs and 1 table). The bathroom size is big and very clean.

It is not what I didn't like, but for my and my friends we prefer a hotel with lobby so we can sit and chat something and the hotel didnt have a lobby.

Very excellent service, friendly. The hotel room is small but very clean and comfortable. Breakfast is good. The location is good and convenient, walking distance to many sites.

I was delighted that I found this hotel; it was ideally located in Madrid and near the Metro. The staff were all polite and very helpful. I really liked the hotels decor, my room was comfortable and spacious and the bathroom had a powerful shower. I used the Wi-Fi throughout the hotel and found it worked well. The rooftop bar was a very pleasant way to spend my evening.

I appreciated the location in centre Gran Via ( you have 3 metro stops around ) , the spa centre is really good! The check out is at 12.00

The review concerning the staff's inability to check Mr. Khaled into his room is misleading, if not outright erroneous. I arrived to the hotel 4 hours before 2:00 pm and they were very willing to check us into our room right away--and at no extra charge! If he was not pleased with the service, he should save the scathing remarks for his friends, and not post this inflammatory remark against a group of the hotel staff which was very effective. 1 page out of a book is not representative of the novel.
