All older children or adults are charged EUR 42.80 per night and person for extra beds.

I did not stay at the hotel and I will never recommend any one to stay at this hotel, reception staff on duty on the day of my arrival is very rude

When I booked my reservation through booking.com it was clearly mentioned that any children under 12 years will stay for free on an extra bed, however the staff on duty on 7 AUG @ 18:00 wanted to charge extra fee, after a confirmation from the same staff that I will not be charged for the late cancelation the hotel debited my account 10 Euro.

The location is pretty good, very central and close to the tube station. Different from other Spanish hotels the room was very quite and we could barely hear noises from outside.

The room size!! It was very small, the bed occupies 80% of the space! Expected a bigger room for the price paid.

We liked the location, just in the centre, not so noisy street, a step from the metro and bus-stops to different directions of the city. The decoration was pleasant and the bathroom was spacious and modern.

They didn't respond to our emails asking for some clarifications. We were not informed that we couldn't use water between 10:00 and 17:00 for two days due to filter maintenance when we booked. There was no hot water for many hours for one night. Standard rooms are small while superior rooms are spacious.

The modern changes to the hotel.

The locations is too close to traffic, leading to too much noise in the rooms.

metro didn't run from Sevilla which is the nearest station from the hotel,because of construction.So we had to walk from/to the next station.View from the window.
