The Vincci Centrum is a boutique hotel located just 150 metres from Sevilla Metro Station and a 10-minute walk from Puerta del Sol. Rooms have a flat-screen TV and free wired internet. The Vincci maintains its original façade and features contemporary interiors. Its stylish and comfortable bedrooms have air conditioning, a minibar and a private bathroom with a hairdryer. Some rooms feature a terrace. The hotel's varied buffet breakfast also includes products for celiacs. Guests can enjoy a drink in the lounge bar, where there is a selection of national and international newspapers. The Centrum is less than 1 km from Retiro Park. Vincci centrum is a very good located hotel! 5Minutes by foot from Sol. The metro station is about 50metre! Staff was just fine. Room is very clean and comfortable with a nice bathroom! Very nice products for bath! Every morning we had a newspaper with the daily forecast outside the door of the room! The only disadvantages are that you can hear every sound from outside the room like it is from inside and the wi-fi don't work in the room just in the lobby and it stucks! But after all it is a good choice!

Location of the hotel was good.Breakfast was excellent. Very friendly staff. The hotel was very dark and gloomy. The hotel room was very small. Internet did not work.

The bedroom and bathroom very modern and aesthetically pleasing. Good location 1 minute walk to metro. No tea or coffee making facilities in the room which was disappointing and the bed was rather uncomfortable.

The breakfast was very good. The rooms were clean and spacious. I would have liked wi-fi in the rooms instead of just the lobby.

I think that the cost is very good according the category of hotel and also according to its place in center I think that the programs on TV must be increased and contain many international channels especially news like CNN , ALJAZIRA and sports channels

Nice and clean rooms. Location is very central and very close to Gran Via (high street) with lots of dining, shopping and clubbing options. The staff was english speaking and friendly. Happened to be on a friday night in Madrid and the hotel's proximity to the various night clubs and eateries made it a good place to stay. The bathroom doors wouldn't lock. No WiFi. Only wired internet available with descent speed. We got a super deal with almost 50% off on room tariff on Booking.com else it would've been too expensive for the value of rooms.

The location is really top, even perfect to a city centre visit trip. Before the booking, following the previous customers feedbacks, we asked the hotel to have a street side room with an high level of daylight and with a good wireless coverage. They gave to us a room perfectly complying with our requests. The personnel is really efficient and friendly. The room is nice, well equiped, even if not so big for a 4 stars hotel (but not tiny at all. You have just enough space, without too many free wide space). The fact that isn't a swimming pool. The general darkness in the common spaces. Some strange smell in the entrance hall and in the stairs.

A vert hepful member of staff - marco A very unhelpful lady member of staff - Ii can't remeber her name. She wouldn't book us a taxi when aslked - she told us to hail oneonthe street. I don't mind hailing a cab, indeed I am quite good at standing by the side of the road with one of my arms raised, but I do expect a member of the front desk or porter team to do it in what I had, rashly as it turns out, asusmed to be a proper hotel. And she was quire rude about it (although this could be a language probelm).

excellent location close to the old city centre and museums rooms were comfortable go there in the fall or spring don't take breakfast at the hotel, there are lots of little cafe's nearby for a quarter of the price WIFI did not work and even (cable) internet service was extremely poor: definitely not up to today's standard; Service was business like rather than hepful; First room had no direct daylight, the second had windows but AC not effective.

The staff was exceptionally attentive and helpful. Hector was particularly gracious and went out of his way to help solve the Internet problem we experienced We were very frustrated by the fact that we were not able to access the wireless Internet for our entire stay at the hotel

Location Poor facilities.No bar(even though they claim to have one).Very little storage space in room.Poor lighting in room.Light switch kept falling off wall.Shower screen leaked all over floor.Basin taps look stylish,but they just get in the way.Cleaner kept forgetting bath sheets.Very dated hotel,could do with an upgrade. Very poor class of hotel for a major city centre.

The Vincci Centrum is located 5 mins away from Puerta del Sol and the Prado and Parque del Retiro is just another 5 mins away. Everything was fine including the staff who were very helpful. The only thing we missed was a window with a view instead of the emergency staircase.

This hotel is very good located, right downtown Madrid, so if you are visiting the city it is a perfect location to choose. Good hotel, very clean and modern and good service. If you are travelling by car it is absolutely not to be chosen, as it is located in a downtown area where there are no parking places (neither has the hotel, not even at the from door!). The streets around are for residents only and have cameras to protect from entry. Thus a fine is assured!

very clean, nice/luxurious , friendly staff the fact that the tv was not free, breakfast was not included in the hotel price, the lunch/dinner menu food quality, there seemed to be a sewer smell in the lobby and throughout the hotel sometimes but that was also common in a lot of places in madrid so our nose got used to it

They charged me twise for my stay. It was a lengthy process trying to get my money back. Staff were not friendly or helpfull. The computer with internet was not working.
