A lovely hotel near the centre of Granada. Very modern designs inside. Room was large and so was the bathroom. Didn't have breakfast, as it was a bit pricey for us. Great cafe neaby called El Doce. VERY reasonable prices, and very friendly staff. This hotel was well worth a visit. We would recommend it to anyone. Mattress just a little too hard!!

The room was clean and quite new compared to the building itself. Not far from the city centre (15 min walk). Friendly and helpful staff. The building is quite old, corridors and reception need refurbishment. The extra charge for wi-fi internet use in the room was unpleasant surprise.

Clean, Staff were helpful, breakfast was good nicely done. Great view of the city and Serra Nevada mountains. Right on bus routes to downtown. Secure parking. It was not as close to the central downtown as indicated. Pricing could be a little sharper.

Wonderful view. Excellent breakfast. Staff needed to be more welcoming and happy to explain or chat. Possibly this was due to a reluctance to use English; unfortunately we had no Spanish.

If anything, a little too efficient in the table clearing department by one staff member. We were part way through breakfast and went to get a second course, and when we returned to our table it was cleared completely!

The location is very good, close to the bullring and the main two streets in the city centre. The view from our room on the 15th floor overlooking the city, the Alhambra palace and the Sierra Nevada mountains was amazing! Car park is not actually at the hotel itself and instead over the road in a seperate but secure building. The room was very expensive for what it is, they have interconnecting doors to the other rooms so you can hear absolutely everything. Buffet breakfast was ok but could be much better. Bath tub was chipped and rusty/dirty in places and shower not very powerful.

Wonderful view of the city / Alhambra, overlooking the snow clad mountain from the top floor room & private balcony. Sumptuous breakfast. Nice Cafeteria. No Restaraunt!!! We were very tired after our trip to Alhambra. It would have been nice to relax and enjoy an in-house Restaurant meal. But we made do with a light meal at the open all ours Café.

Good price with excellent breakfast No wifi in room , only free wifi in lobby but each time you have to ask for the wifi password (each set of password can only be used once), which is troublesome. No place for dining out nearby and we had dinner in the hotel cafe.

Breakfast was very good and room service was very efficient.The terrace was nice and the view from the room was lovely. We were given a room next to one which was being refurbished and was very noisy. We had to complain three times to get the work to stop but when it did we did enjoy our stay.

Helpful reception staff. Good sized room and clean. The hotel information in the room said each room is sound proofed. This was not the case for our room; it was quite noisy during the night - we could clearly hear someone with a bad cough coughing all night, bath water running, toilets flushing and people talking.

Tried to make new booking after forfieting original booking at my cost.Asked for special price but was offered price higher than booking.comThe receptionist was extremely rude and shouted at me for no reason at all and wouldnt let me speak just kept repeating same line.Really bad for business.I Booked another hotel in Granada for my stay.

Hotel location and general appearance. Parking, previously booked, right next to Hotel. We were given Room 10 on Floor 15. Lovely room with a lovely terrace with stunning views. Pity about the massive air-conditioning unit situated right on top of our heads! Very noisy. I suppose that the other rooms on this top floor were not as noisy as ours.
