I enjoy my stay in Vincci. The staff was courteous and complimented my visit to Granada.

I liked everything, the location of the hotel is a short walk from the city center but that's OK if you like to explore.

We liked the location because Granada is so small and easily walkable. It is very close to the train station and there is a bus that drops you off nearly in front of it from the airport. Very easy to find and the rooms were spacious, comfortable, and had excellent views of Granada.

The walls are paper thin. I never heard my neighbors but you do hear people outside walking around. There was a huge group outside the hotel one of the nights we were there and made it difficult to get sleep.

Nice hotel, friendly helpful staff. Good selection for breakfast. Parking facilities.

A bit too far away from centre (15 min walk). No tea/coffee making facility in room.

The room is small but the terrace is large. The view from the terrace is amaizing.

The list with dishes in the restaurant is too short.

Perfect location -- very near train station. And if you need to catch a flight, there is a bus stop for bus to airport located 10 minutes walking from the hotel. Room is also very neat, comfortable and clean.

Free wifi is only available in lobby, and you need to ask for username & password from staffs every single time.

We arrived at 2000 from Cordoba and the hotel was easy to find because of the big v illuminated at the top of the 15 floor hotel. We were on the top floor in 1514 and had exclusive use of a large balcony with a 180 degree view. Pity we were only there 1 night. The room was huge and bathroom features included bath robes and slippers. Shame we didn't have a long enough stay there to use them. Breakfast was sumptuous, catering for most tastes of varying nationalities. We were taking a late train to Seville, but they were very obliging at storing our luggage until we picked it up at 2000. The hotel is quite well sited for a walk to the Alhambra and the centre of town, as Granada is not too big.

Location. They give us a room with a beautiful view. Close to historical center. Easy for go to central bus/train by bus.

The hotel is a old 4 stars. This days only 3 stars. The mattress was unconfortable.

The wi-fi in the room is not free, and the free wi-fi in the hall is super slow. You can do nothing except check your email...

Staff very helpful - gave me a picnic breakfast as i checked out before 7:30 and it was huge!

The location is excellent. It is within walking distance of the main tourist areas. I had a great weekend. The hotel was really lovely. It was excellent value.

i booked that hotel with Parking fees But when im there i was told no that i have to pay for the parking alone

Couldn't have had a nicer place to stay. Most staff were extremely friendly. Very clean and very efficient.

Great view of the Almabra from the 13-14-15 floor. Approx 15 minutes easy walk to all city attractions.

Room have only 2 electricity plugs away from bed. so if you need to charge 2 phones and camera you will need to calculate times to have them all charged. We could not find any additional bed blankets in t room

Very nice breakfast, even including warm vegetarian dish (baked tomato), only coffee was not as we expected due to very strange coffee machine.

There is no sound isolation, especially through the hall door, you hear everything is going on there. Unfortunately same with the neighbours watching TV.

Well located in relation to the Renfe and not far from the city centre - a 20 min walk down Constitution Ave. Bus stop virtually outside the door was very useful. Good bed and room size.

Well when you read in the hotel room literature that rooms are sound proof, it immediately raises the senses - it is expected that a good hotel would have sound proof rooms. But not so here on the 14th floor anyway. Every sniff, guawff, cough, laugh, and just about any other noise you care to mention from the 3 Asian gentlemen in the next room was audible. Maybe the builders just missed between rooms 1403 and 1404. It was mentioned to the desk manager.

Clean, efficient, modern hotel; which provided good service for our visit. It 'does what it says on the tin', but no more.

Beds very hard, no tea/coffee making facilities in the room. Lacks 'character'.
