We found the hotel to be clean, quiet and comfortable. The buffet breakfast was generous with a very good selection of foods. The location of this hotel in this beautiful and interesting city is excellent. It is close to the old city, with many good restaurants close by and is within easy walking distance from the main rail station (Estacion del Norte). The train from Barcelona comes into this station. We found room 407 to be excellent.

There was a faint smell of cigarette smoke in the room when we first entered. Housekeeping later sprayed the room with a deodorant and we opened the windows - this improved the situation.

The Hotel staff couldn't be more helpful, the rooms are modern and spacious and very quiet. The breakfast was fantastic, everything you could possibly want

I didn't like that there would be a charge for Wi-Fi. But other than that I couldn't fault this hotel.

the hotel was in an excellent area for our city break. the staff were helpful. the hotel was comfortable and clean. the mini bar and hotel bar prices were reasonable.

We liked the position of this Hotel and the fact that it had parking.

Too expensive wi-fi!! Almost 10Euro per hour. A lot of hotels provide free wi-fi now. Besides of that the rating is 10/10.

Hotel has excellent location. Everything is on a walking distance from hotel. Rooms are spacious and nice. Hotel staff is very polite and helpfull. Bathroom is big. Would return if we come back to Valencia

Sound isolation is not the best, so you can hear cleaning ladies from early morning. Breakfast is not on the level of 4 star hotel, very poor choice. Coffee brand should be replaced with something decent. They have good coffee machine, but bad coffee. Espresso is like coffee tea. And in all their effort to finish breakfast as fast as posaible they are banging the dishes and ocassionaly breaking it.

Breakfast the same without any small change during our staying of 5 days . Anycase except the location does not worth the money per night

This is a good hotel, very clean, correct, comfortable, it offers what it promises.

The cheaper rooms have an ugly view. Parking is rather expensive.

Breakfast buffet was very good. and all the food was fresh. When we got stuck on the 4th floor with our luggage, the hotel personnel immediately intervened and fixed the problem

It was end of march and the air conditioning did nor work efficiently. It was too warm in the room. The elevator malfunctioned just when we were about to leave. Got stuck on the 4th floor for a while, fortunately we were not in a hurry

Attractive hotel with large, comfortable and clean rooms. Very central location close to the Metro, train and a good base to explore the lovely town. Staff were friendly.

There's no tea/coffee making facilities in the room; also you can't use our own hairdryer or hair straightener in the bathroom.

Excellent and new Hotel, in a beautiful place (just near plaza de ayuntamento, superb in the night) in walking distance from the centre of the town (10 min) and from the "city of art and science" (30 min). And it is very useful for people coming from the airport (2 min walking from the metro stop "xativa") The hotel is very relaxing (no noise inside) and very clean. I saw here the most beautiful bathroom in a hotel (and the bidet was inside, too). It is possible to leave own's luggage for free at the hotel the day you leave. I suggest visitors to see frequently if the price of the room became cheaper, we found a bargain! What's more, I will surely come back to this hotel

When we arrived, the staff tried to charge me the fee of my old reservation that was more expensive, We immediately clarified the misunderstanding (I brought with me he printout of my last booking). I think that breakfast (of good quality) is too expensive. (7.70 each with a special offer until febrary), anyway we didn't find anything cheaper near there (we have been there in January), unless you need just a croissant and a coffe. Moreover, I suggest the hotel management to put more towels (just 1 for washing hands for 2 people, and 1 for the bidet)
