Excellent location. Near but not "in town" for Almeria sights and restaurants. Low traffic noise. On site underground parking. Hotel staff very helpful with directions to sights and parking. Excellent breakfast selection. Room and bath were very clean. Hotel air conditioning was not working. Had to open window to cool room down. Their hvac system needs some work.

The air conditioning was inadequqte. The bed was to hard. The engish tv chanel did not work. The bragg about their cusine yet all they could all they could offer my vegetarian wfe ws a salad this was not good enough for a four star hotel

Certainly good value at 60€ per night for room and breakfast, although I would not class it as a 4 star . When I booked I did not realise the hotel was in the middle of the business district and a long way from the town centre or any form of life after 20:00hrs. there was a severe lack of eating places near the hotel, within walking distance one very expensive restaurant and a good pizza house/Italian food but not a single bar anywhere.The restaurant served an excellent breakfast but the evening options were very poor and the Menue of the Day dire.

Well located and easy access. The garage door that access the hotel didn´t open - had to call reception to be able to exit. Breakfast room was not ready on time and a few guests were late because we couldn´t eat on time.

Esta en una zona tranquila, el desayuno es excelente, el parking es comodo y a buen precio, las instalaciones son nuevas y muy limpias. El personal fue amable. Es recomendable. No esta cerca del centro historico pero esta sobre una avenida que cruza toda la ciudad. Pedimos cena a la habitacion y estaba un poco cruda.

El buen trato del personal,empezando por su estupendo personal de recepcion, su constante atencion al cliente y su limpieza . me deje al irme una cazadora olvidada en la habitación y con toda honradez y prontitud me la enviaron a casa. Estoy muy agradecido. Tener que pagar por el uso de wifi

Habitación 314 muy amplia, muy luminosa, insonorizada, cama de matrimonio de 150, sin piesera (para las persona de mas de 2 M.) y todo lo que con lleva un 4* escritorio, tv de pago y normal, butaca con mesa auxiliar, lámpara de pie ect. Y da a un pequeño parque. Baño amplio y completo la bañera tiena cortina y no manpara, el bidet no esta centrado,un poco incomodo. El garaje un poco estrecha la salida poro con dos maniobras sales bien. Tienes autobús y centro comercial a 5 minutos andando. Andando al centro unos 20 mininitos, Para desayunar, comer, merendar o cenar, (buena caliadad y un trato muy agradable) tienes a 100m..En frente del hotel cruzando la avda. Mediterráneo, esta la calle Líbano, entrando en la calle a la mano izq. A 30m. Café- Burguer el goloso -

El hotel es fantástico, el personal muy atento y servicial, muy buena relación calidad/precio, ni una sola queja. Ni una pega,si acaso, que está algo lejos del centro, pero no más de un paseo de 10 minutos, repito que todo fantástico.

Posibilidad de aparcar en la misma puerta. El aire acondicionado funcionaba sólo con calor; la estación central no permitiía poner el aire frío.

El ambiente que rodea el hotel de calma y tranquilidad en pleno centro de la ciudad. Lo único de lo que puedo poner pegas es que su televisión no tiene tdt y hay demasiados servicios de pago.

El personal. Tuve un problema y trataron de solucionarlo muy amablemente. En la habitación que me dieron se oía un molesto zumbido que parecía surgir del climatizador. Me quejé y me cambiaron de habitación tres veces, pero en todas había el mismo problema. Tuve que aguantar el molestísimo zumbido las dos noches completas.

El personal del hotel excelente, en todo momento en recepcion te explicaban como llegar a todos los lugares que querias y alguno mas extra. Esta al lado de un centro comercial con todo tipo de restaurantes y tiendas de todo tipo. Para ir al centro mejor ir en coche hay muchos aparcamientos y desde el hotel queda un poco lejos, el hotel esta en una zona de nueva construccion en almeria pero muy bien situado en una avenida principal de almeria.
