Location was perfect and central.
Noisy rooms - Wooden floor boards meant we could hear people walking around in other rooms. Doors to rooms really slam hard and loudly. Both of these factors meant we didnt sleep well. Our room was cleaned daily, however to different standards. One day bed appeared made, but the covers had simply been pulled up and the sheet was still pulled out! There is no business centre or internet computer and printer to use. Hotel recommended an internet cafe nearby, which was not open! There are many "quiet areas" in the hotel which could be used for a computer or small business centre.
location service room
BREAKFAST was too expensive
Great breakfast, Great location
It is a nicely designed place in an excellent location. Value for money is good. But...looks like Good old Vlad Dracula runs the place!! It is very very dark and gloomy here!
Very very dark place. One little spot light in the bathroom. No idea but whoever designed this place must have a special love for darkness. Rooms are beautiful and look new but somehow lack coziness.
The hotel is well located within the city center and all the amenities within reach; The cleanness and the Service is number one.
Our room had only one window to the backyard; Need more fresh air.
water tap pressure not adjusted dark tiles in bathroom showing fungus. No work table. room layout no hotel layout explanation/plan
Very spacious room, quiet room. Modern design. Excellent location
The lights in the room were all very dim, almost impossible to do a bit of reading. Shower uncomfortable, it was fixed at the lower side of the sloped ceiling, so not possible to actually stand under the showerhead
Location, comfortable room
Had to change room as public artwork completely blocked view out of room. No hot water 1st morning.
Cable TV was not working. The available channels available on the TV was poring. No much variety for Breakfast
Everything I stay at the urban but this is even better and at half price AMAZING
I like all
The location the staff
A little dark rooms
room decoration location staff clean simply super!
Only the senior guy at the reception cld be replaced by a friendlier person
Excellent hotel near the Prado and other main attractions in Madrid. Very clean and nice modern fittings. Staff were very helpful in getting lost luggage at airport for us.
It is a true hotel run and operated professionally. Has services. Dimensions of things are hotel like. Has personality. The building is not just another hotel..
Some rooms have stairs to go to the room (few steps) this probably because used to be a historic building..
very noisy the bin collectors were really noisy during the night.
The location was great. Walking distance to Plaza Mayor, Prado museum and metro stations, there are 2 nearby.
Breakfast was on the pricey side and there are plenty of cafes nearby where you could have your breakfasts.
-The buidling and the rooms are modern and up to date - The location is great near Prado - Many nice squares are close to the hotel with nice restaurants and bars - The staff has perfect command of English; not always the case in Madrid to find somebody who can speak English
Mostly I liked the location. Everything was around me, I had access on foot for everything.
There was a noise from other rooms of the hotel, like a metalic door or window for more than an hour during the evening which wad very annoying.
Great rooms and bathrooms, comfortable, we'll kept. Although expensive, comfort has its price. Great location with a lot of dinning choices around and plaza Santa Ana a block away.
i like everything in that hotel safe money perfect location
This is reaaly a good hotel
It is the best to explore and visit madrid center. The location is perfect just in the center. the hotel is very lovely and quite. Close to nice restaurants and cafe. I like the lobby, it is big and many sitting places. The room is very big with nice and big bed. The staffs are very kind and helpful. Breakfast is great with different selections. Vincci Soho will be my choice for the next time in Madrid.
Nice room, great location, you can visit Madrid by walking (that's what we did). Bonus:The valet was really helpful and gave us plently good places to try (he spoke french)
Location The feeling at the hotel is very nice.
Breakfast said to be included at the entrance after we had to pay for it and a big price.
* Excellent location * best breakfast buffet I ever had in hotels * good view * cosy room
* Could not sleep well because of the noise from cars hitting some road barrier all night. Windows are not that soundproof
