Mostly I liked the location. Everything was around me, I had access on foot for everything.

There was a noise from other rooms of the hotel, like a metalic door or window for more than an hour during the evening which wad very annoying.

Great rooms and bathrooms, comfortable, we'll kept. Although expensive, comfort has its price. Great location with a lot of dinning choices around and plaza Santa Ana a block away.

It is the best to explore and visit madrid center. The location is perfect just in the center. the hotel is very lovely and quite. Close to nice restaurants and cafe. I like the lobby, it is big and many sitting places. The room is very big with nice and big bed. The staffs are very kind and helpful. Breakfast is great with different selections. Vincci Soho will be my choice for the next time in Madrid.

The public space and interior design was amazing. Breakfast was exceptional. Staff was very helpful and courteous. Unbeatable location.

The shower tray was too shallow, or something wrong with the drainage.

It's a very well located hotel, in a quiet street and near every turistic place in Madrid. You can walk to El Parado Museum, Thyssien, Plaza Mayor, Puerta del Sol, El Retiro Park, The Royal Palace, etc. And the bar staff is very friendly and nice, allways with a smile.

The hotel is small and the isolation is very poor, so you can hear everything!and you cannot make any noise. And it's a very serious hotel if you are going to enjoy the party of Madrid, it's not your hotel

Vinnci is no different from the whole of Madrid area. No English spoken on most hotels and restaurants. Forget taking a cab. Better bring a map if your espanol is a little rusty. Service and courtesy is not a priority either among most of service providers we encountered. If you have patience and a thick skin, you'll probably do fine. Enjoy the frat location of the Vinnci.

Not enough electric outlets in plain sight. Shower temperature capricious at best.

The layout of the hotel was very agreeable as was its situation.

The one evening I stayed in the hotel because I was too tired to go out, I ate on the patio of the bar. My sandwich and wine came soon enough, but after I had finished no one took any notice of me again.I had to clear away my own plate from the table and no one was around to present me with the bill or ask if I needed anything else. I wrote my name and room number on a paper napkin and left. But no sooner had I left the bar or the restaurant manager appeared and barked at me "roomnumber", I told him he should have taken more notice of me and walked away. Also the cleaning staff was very noisy in the mornings..
