Hotel and rooms look like new. Parking is much more manageable here than in the center (the old town)

The hotel was clean, modern reception area and lounge.

The dining room was dark and uninviting, some dining chairs were in poor condition. The breakfast was adequate but no hot food. They had scrambled eggs, sausages and bacon each day but was cold. No heat element on the container they were in. We were charged 8 euros a day each person, certainly not worth the money. Would not recommend the hotel.

Incredible value for money

Very nice hotel, with great accommodations. It's a 30-to-40-minute walk from the historical center, which can be good (if you are willing to stop for some tapas along the way) or bad if you don't want to loose time wandering around the modern city. You can take the bus #21 about one block away from the hotel to get closer to the center. Recommended

Good value for money. The rooms were bigger than I imagined they would be.

The lifts are a little small but that's just a minor detail. On another point, I paid by cash when checking out but I noticed that my credit card was also charged. I guess I will have to contact the hotel about this.

The hotel was very close to the airport (15 minutes by bus) and just a short walk away from the main train station. Not very far from the old town, about 20-30 minutes walk with easy access by buses. The hotel was very nice looking, quiet and clean.

Staff didn't speak much English, but we managed to find out what we needed.

Parking cost to much

I would highly recommend this place for some short stay in Seville. The center of the city is about 20 minutes far away by foot. They got an additional bonus from me and my girlfriend for our late free check-out.

Lots of shops around, very good value for money (40€/night). Lots of bus stops around? Very dark rooms for sleeping.

Lots of sound (doors from other rooms are very noisy when they close!).

Staff is very friendly, english-speaking, helping you in every situation. The rooms are nice and clear. There is everything necessary. The hotel is 15 min walk from the city centre or you can take the bus easily

The breakfast could be better; more choice and better quality of food. In general, the breakfast wsa quite good, but there is still room for improvement

The hotel was very good value for money and was clean, modern with good facilities. The room was a good size and was well situated for a walk into Sevilla.

The hotel is really good one, all is new, breacfast is ok. Highly recommend this hotel if location for you isn`y very important or you use some transport.

Location isn`t perfect: it is not so close to train station as we`ve hoped: around 15 minutes by foot(with luggage it is not the best thing) but also it is not very near to the center of the city - around 20-25 minutes. But if you you use local transport it`s ok.

Stylish and contemporary rooms. It is well equipped bathroom. Clean the hotel. Good location for those traveling by rail. стильные и современные номера. хорошо оборудованная ванная комната. чистота в отеле. хорошее местоположение для тех, кто путешествует по железной дороге.

I liked almost everything. Breakfast could be more varied and fresh. Staff could be more welcoming. понравилось практически все. завтраки могли бы быть разнообразнее и свежее. персонал мог бы быть более приветливым.

The location was easy to find right on the main a92 into the city. Parking was available on site and secure. Short walk to get the bus into the city attractions. Rooms were very clean, airy and adequately furnished. Very good breakfast facilities.

Nothing really. Would have appreciated a comfortable chair in the room or at least another chair and some tea / coffee making facilities. Access to the car park is very steep and head room is limited such that it would not accommodate a high 4 x 4 or similarly large vehicle.

Nice rooms, good price. You can find free parking around the hotel but the staff on the reception will try to make you pay 15 Euro per day. Nearby it’s a Corte Ingles and a mall (near football stadium).

Far from city centre, you must take the bus which is very expensive (1.80 euro). If you want to walk is 20-30 minutes but at night when you are tired is not so nice and the area doesn’t seem very good. The breakfast is too expensive (8 euro). If I come back to Seville once I would try another hotel.

Very good location: walking distance to train station and to the shoping area. 10 min by bus to the main tourist attractions.

The staff could be more welcoming with foreign guests.

The access to city center by public transportation was very easy. We traveled with a vehicle and it was easy to find free parking on the street in the area. For those not wanting to take the breakfast offered by the hotel, there is a cafe next door offering toast, coffee and croissant.

Bathroom

All the sound from the neighbour room is heard. Surprisingly small window.

it is so close the Nou Camp, the stadium where we go see BARCA. no other choice if you want to focus on the match and dont want to waste time getting around with transportation.

- Front desk staff only one person and kind of busy most time. - Breakfast buffet you can skip. Not to standards yet.

The hotel location was quite good for visiting the city. It takes just few minutes by bus to get to down town.

There is no free parking place for motorbike. Internet wireless connection was available only in the reception area.

The location was central to the Santa Justa train station, so it made taking day trips to other Spanish towns easy. It was also close enough to the Cathedral and Barrio Santa Cruz tourist areas. The rooms were very clean and the lobby was very comfortable.

I liked almost everything about the hotel. Some areas of improvement would be: 1) The reception staff needs to be a little more customer focused. When I arrived, all three staffers were busy on the computer or on the phone and it took a while for them to acknowledge me and then when they did acknowledge my arrival, they continued to talk to each other or take phone calls and handle other situations BEFORE they checked me in. The check in process took much too long as a result and made me doubt my choice in booking a room. Also, reception staff do not smile often and seem too busy most of the time to provide great customer service. 2) The breakfast options were okay, but not great. Please consider offering Soy milk as an option for breakfast cereal and also perhaps provide some fruit and yogurt.
