It was close to where our daughter lives, and near to several shops and restaurants Easy bus journey to centre of Seville Great Churros next door
Not being able to pay with a card, we were lucky our daughter lives in Seville and we were able to borrow cash to pay, I imagine it cost other people from outside Spain quite a lot to get cash Our first room had some issues, but changed rooms and was good
I liked the room beds and the location
Extremely clean. Very comfortable long beds (suitable for tall people). Not far from train station and local buses.Staff were pleasant and helpful.
Breakfast was appalling, a little cold food and the eggs, bacon and sausages were cold.No tea/coffee making facilities in the room. Hardly any shampoo etc in the bathroom, certainly not enough for 2 people. The bar next door closes at 9.30pm. No bar in Hotel. We were asked to pay cash as card machine wasn't working!!.I think this was a fiddle. Virtually no English spoken, good job I spoke a little Spanish.
Stinking, loud, bad location, cockroach in the bathroom, not willing to accept the payment by credit card
just the right distance from town centre
supposed to speak english . If hello and goodbye is speaking it then they can. found it all a bit dated and needing a liven up.
Lots of noise out side
He threatened us to leave, if we didn't pay him cash. We were late check in, so we couldn't have found anything at that time. We had to part with cash. Our master card was good, and we reserved with it. Yet the hotel refused to accept that. It was bizzare. We were not impressed ! One of the staff behind the counter was downright rude. Breakfast for Euro10 was at best a (-) so-so. Worth only maybe 2-3 Euros at best. Not recommending.
Room was noisy (from neighbours and hallways). Wi-fi not working. Payment by credit card not possible.
Staff dont speak english, noise street
Was good value for money hotel to watch events in Pavilion sports arena
Not actually at the centre of downtown, room smelled like smoking room
Parking underground although very small with todays size cars. Staff very pleasant. Wifi fine fairly easy into centr of town by taxi There was a bus route also.
very tight parking garage.
Chose this hotel for its proximity to Santa Justa station and the low rates they offered during Feria. While it is an older hotel it was tastefully decorated and very clean. The front desk staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome and were helpful with recommending places to eat.
The outside of the hotel and neighboring stores was not that appealing but it was a safe neighborhood and within walking distance of city bus lines and public transportation. The internet only worked in the lobby but there are many comfortable sitting areas to relax and browse. I didn't come to Spain to sit in a hotel so I felt this was a great value for the money!
Comfortable. Better than some others that we stayed at in Spain. A bit far from the subway and old town.
Breakfast not worth money for us.
Close to Santa Justa station and supermarket.
Breakfast room need some inprovement
Good size of room, very clean, well working air condition. The helpful staff.
A bit bussy place. Without a booking car park place in Hotel, is very hard to find around the place for a car.
In walking distance of Royal Palace.
Don't count on it that you will sleep well, you can hear everything and everyone, as walls as so thin. Also, my bed was very uncomfortable, and made noise every time I turned around.
Very friendly staff.
Bad smell from one bathroom, similar to pipes/drains being blocked. Unpleasant!
The ;location is good, the staff very friendly and helpful, even in the middle of the night. The rooms were very clean and well maintained. The Wi-Fi generally was good. We have stayed there before and will do again
The lack of tea and coffee making facilities in the room meant every time you wanted a hot drink you had to go out. Also there was a problem with noisy neighbours who were smoking drugs - they were asked to be quiet by the hotel but the other issue was not dealt with. The hotel also charged us twice but rectified this immediately.
I like the breakfast and the friendly employees there. Great!
Everything was ok. Bus stop close by to visit the attractions. 10 mins walk to the train station. Supermarket in front of the hotel.
Otel is near one bus stop. With one bus, you can reach to historical center of city. Also you can park your car near around otel free of charge because there are many house streets around hotel.
There is no shampoo and no international channel on television.
the breakfast was rather poor
Good room overlooking lovely little courtyard.Good bathroom.Location near to good shopping centre & El Corte Ingles.Good value breakfast for 5 euros, plenty choice. On good bus routes to airport & city centre.
Room was a bit dark..decor could have been a bit brighter.
