Overlooking the beautiful Brazomar Beach, this distinctive hotel is located on Spain’s north coast between Santander and Bilbao.

Score from 151 reviews Very good
Very nice location, quality of the service.
The place looked like it had not been maintained for years... 70's decoration, very dirty carpet and walls, noisy, broken furniture, stains in the bath, etc.... Awful experience for a very high relative price. Definitely the 3 stars is a very misleading rating, even for a hostel.
not keen on the position and lack of secure parking spaces
Restaurant very good
Parking is a bit difficult
close to the beach and city centre. the hotel is old but the room facilities are in good condition. loved the old furniture.
would be good if there was a balcony in a room; instead, on a lower floor, there is a common terrace where people can enter any time and watch you through the window - not nice!
WHOLE HOTEL IS NOT WORTH 3 STARS FOR SURE ! ROOM ARE VERY OLD AND DEPRESSING BATHROOM IS UGLY AND UNHEALTHY BREAKFAST WHEN NOT SUMMER SEASON IS RIDICULOUS JUST HORRIBLE
Proximity to ferry port. Dog friendly Nice area
Shower an unusable dribble Waitress service in restaurant appalling. Restaurant set meal awful. Starter cold, main course heated up pre-prepared unpalatable beaten chicken with oven chips.
Ant infestation in one of the rooms
Convenient for Brittany Ferries
A good walk from the town centre
Was not wheelchair friendly from car park
close to ferry port
There was a terrible smell coming from the drains in the bathroom. In addition the bedroom window is over a patio area on which people smoked until midnight causing us discomfort.
Location for Ferry terminal at Bilbao and short walk to beach
Hotel was most expensive on our tour of Spain and was the most run down. Tired bedroom with grubby carpet and very old bathroom.
The bar at the bottom of the hotel had a lovely barman and it was a good place to get a drink. Ideal for Bilbao ferry. Safe parking.
Difficult to find the hotel. Noisy guests in next room till 2am (hotel empty so why put guests so close). Followed by dust carts outside then the cock crowing!
Pet friendly. This was our third visit as it is a convenient stopover distance from Galicia. The fixed price restaurant menu at the weekend is very good though the midweek cheaper one is less good. I'm sure we will come back again.
Great atmosphere Staff very friendly Private parking good food
Comfortable room. Nice bathroom. Quiet hotel with nice bar.
Great location for stop off for either the Santander or the Bilbao ferry... typical spanish, good little tapas bar, good cheap menu del dia, good secure car parking over the road from hotel..Get there early enough to walk into Castro Urdiales and spend some time there .. you will not be disappointed with the resort....
