Good value for money. Clean.

I had reserved a parking place and received an email confirmation from the hotel but upon arrival I was told parking places were only available as first come first serve basis. So not so reliable in that respect..

Only the shower and the clean bathroom.

No elevator. Have to go up almost 30 steps with the luggage. Very bad lighting and wavy floor in the corridor. A grey-looking and very badly lit room. In two days I was never able to access the Internet. Promotion and photos on the Web do not correspond to what it's like and the room we got.

Excellent location helpfull staff good selection for continental breakfast. Parking secure (you do pay but worth it) lots to see and do within walking distance. Near main routes for port.

No lift evident so stairs. No ground floor. Bilbao is very hilly and hotel is on a fairly steep hill which ever direction you walk in so even 5 min walk to car..... Not hotels fault in any way but important if youre disabled.

Rooms old and filled with stale odors, linen very old and questionable, TV dim and worked poorly, little to no shower gel/shampoos/etc.,

Within walking distance of everything in the city center, including the Guggenheim, shopping areas and the old town

Staff very helpful and friendly. Hotel in a lively area on the outskirts of city centre- only a 15 minute stroll. Nice little bar just across the road

Our room was quite dark, but not a major problem for us.

The room was clean, the Wifi was good and it's close the city centre. The staff were very pleasant and helpful.

The lack of soundproofing. You will not get any sleep without earplugs. The noise from the street is dreadful but the noise from the rooms is also really bad. Also, there was a very strong smell of old smoke in the room. It's very stale so I think the curtains may not have been washed since the smoking ban came in.

Un buon hotel non distante dal centro citta`,pulito con stanza confortevole,connessione wifi un po`lenta,ragazzo giovane della recepion molto gentile e simpatico.Buon rapporto qualita prezzo.

Quartiere vicino hotel non da`una buona impressione in quanto pieno di gente di colore ma buon presidio di polizia e nessun problema di sicurezza riscontrato nella mia permanenza.

The hotel is a SIMPLE ** hotel situated at the edge of the central district in the walking distance (20-30min) from the places of interest. Few things could be optimized, e.g. new carpets in the corridors, and some extra shelves in the bathroom. The breakfast is rather simple too (also **): flakes+milk, some bread with jam, plain yogurt, juices, coffee, fruits.

1.Bad location. Thought hotel in situated next to Arenas the surrounding district seems not to be calm and safe. 2.Very unfriendly staff. It took toooo much time to attract receptionist's attention and everytime he seemed to be very displeased. We stayed 2 nigths, the receptionist changed but manner of behavior was the same. By the way, even chambermaids in this hotel didnt say 'hello' in return... That really make you feel uninvited guest 3. Small worn furnitured room 4. Unpleasant smell in the room 5.No conditioner in the room just fan on the ceiling 5.Poor breakfast

Lots of street noise

We got a triple room although we were only 2 people. The room was spacious in size, and very clean. The decor is old fashioned and quite stuffy, but all together very clean bed sheets, bathroom etc. It was a very reasonable priced. We stayed only 1 night on our way to San Sebatien the following morning so it served our purpose.

The location is quite central to city centre and old city but quite dodgy. When we left the hotel at 1 am in the morning for a drink in the old city, the streets were empty and many "working girls" are walking around. During the day, I guess, it is quite safe but at night time is a bit of a problem.

Good for a 2 star hotel, has everything you need.

Breakfast is cheap but not much variety, would be better to go to a café.

Reception staff helpful Parking available at reasonable cost nearby. Close enough to walk to most places in the city. Clean cotton sheets and comfortable. Plenty of easy to access hot water.

As the situation was in streets near lots of shops etc. there seemed to be deliveries/collections of rubbish etc most of the night, so not quiet as it was warm enough to have the window open. Back rooms were better I believe. Breakfast was montonously dull, though coffee was good.

It's location was not that bad.

The room was just awful. It reeked of mold, there was no air conditioning, I begged for a fan and finally got a dirty little fan that barely helped, The bed was horrid, the walls were so thin it was like having a radio in my room, and, best of all, I think there was a whole nest of one of the nastiest bugs I've ever seen in the bathroom, since every time I moved a towel more and more bugs appeared.

Comfortable, friendly, good value hotel conveniently located for all the central Bilbao sights.

WiFi in the room was promised but it was not available for a couple of days - although I could get it in the lounge.

It definitelu needs a renovation (carpets, entrance..) One can hear the neighbours in next door room ... very well!!!

Difficultés pour se garer; la place de parking(privé couvert) coute 8.80e/j. Situation de l'hotel en zone peu fréquentable pour enfants ou ados.. Chambres non insonorisées.

Gentillesse et efficacité du personnel. Mise à disposition d'un parking (indispensable dans le quartier). Bon rapport qualité - prix pour un hébergement d'étape en moyenne saison.

Quartier bruyant. Equipement sommaire pour l'été.
