Accueil du personnel, la proximité du transport en commun (autobus et train), belle vue sur la mer, l'emplacement de l'hôtel pour nos activités. Pas de Wifi gratuit dans les appartements et même pas dans l'aire de réception de l'hôtel.

Понравилось ВСЁ. На самом деле. Отличные, чистые, современные номера с современной бытовой техникой. Приветливый персонал, ежедневная качественная уборка, разнообразный вкусный завтрак. Удивлен предыдущим отзывам про плохой WiFi. Ничего подобного. Отличный интернет, но платный. С айпада отлично работает. Отель, хоть и находится на пригорке, войди с коляской, сумками можно через подземную парковку. Напротив отеля остановка автобуса, откуда можно уехать и м Малагу и в Фуэнхероллу и в аэропорт и т.д. До ж/д станции, канатной дороги и парка Тиволи можно доехать прям от отеля на автобусе 103. В общем, я рекомендую всем и сам при следующем пребывании в Бенальмадене остановлюсь тут. Недешевая парковка при отеле (9-11 евро в день).

Amabilidad en recepción Para tener vistas al mar tienes q subirte a un banco en la miniterraza.. Precio económico solo para plantas superiores No es un cuatro estrellas. Hay cocina podian poner sobrecito de te o cafe Habitacion doble o triple es la misma pues la cama adicional es un sofa cama. Sin servicios de animacion

De service en het personeel. Voor ons erg leuk. Onze eerste vakantie(41 jaar geleden) was naar Benalmádena. Het is nagenoeg nog hetzelfde. Nostalgisch oud. Eenvoudig eten, weinig variatie.

El establecimiento por su estado y en concreto el apartamento 522 por su amplitud y orientación al mar y piscina, soleado todo el día, en meses como Enero es perfecto. Cuarto de baño muy amplio y equipado. Equipamiento de cocina muy adecuado y de buen funcionamento. Climatización individual muy efectiva. Precios de bar-cafeteria razonables. La buena actitud de recepción en solucionar un error de reserva. -El caudal de agua caliente muy escaso, falta de presión con temperatura inestable y lenta. - El sofá cama con tapiceria muy sucia con manchas impresionantes e increiblemente incomodo ya sea abierto o cerrado. - El motor del climatizador está dentro del balcón de 1,5 m2, a la altura de las rodillas, es ruidoso y el aire que despide en función bomba calor te hace salir. Afortunadamente por el clima exterior no hubo que ponerlo en marcha constante. - No dispone de nigún tipo de producto de limpieza para la cocina o vajillas. - Canales de Tv no actualizados y complejo. -El aspecto del buffet no nos gustó nada y optamos por desayunos y comidas en el exterior.

...Lokalizacja duzo jedzenia, roznorodnosc, duzy hotel, w miare czysto, codzienne sprzatania, wymina recznikow.....nie ma sie do czego przyczepc ale .... Pozdrawiam Torpeda. Po 1. Bardzo drogi internet 3 eur za godzine, internet ma zasieg tylko kolo recepcji po2. Znajomosc jezyka angielskiego wsrod personelu ..zerowa

La grandeur et la clarté des studios le buffet des petits déjeuners Employés de la réception : certains courtois et plutôt souriants, mais d'autres qui font bien comprendre que si l'on n'est pas là, ils sont beaucoup plus tranquilles. Très désagréable : le paiement intégral imposé dès l'arrivée.

Vriendelijkheid van personeel Eten was goed Mooie ruime kamer, slaapkamer en badkamer De bedden waren voor ons aan de harde kant (deken op het matras gelegd) De (slaap)bank in de woonkamer was veel te erg doorgezakt om comfortabel te kunnen zitten. De laatste dag kon wel de bagage in een bagageruimte gestald worden maar de douchevoorziening is erg klein en ontzettend behelpen. Dit viel dus zwaar tegen!
