Viva Palmanova    

Fabulous facilites for both adults & children. The entertainment staff are excellent at what they do. huge variety of games every day. Children's pool wit pirate ship & plenty of slides provided hours of fun. Main pool is large wit plenty of sunbeds available. Rooms were spotless.cleaned 5 days a week. Everything u need provided in kitchenette.sofa & pull out bed in living area. Plenty of wardrobe space.

the staff made the experience excellent. They entertained the kids everyday and you could see they loved doing it. Special thanks to the entertainment staff especially Gosia and the bar staff.

royal terrace apartments with roof terrace and hot tub are well worth paying extra for. Spa is fantastic Id personally recommend this hotel to anyone,we were very impressed

Everything, the most is the steam sauna jacuzzi gym room. The location is within reach to beach bus stores restaurants. Beds are very comfty not the cheap spring you usually get from most hotels. Food in buffet is great but i like to verture out so only did a couple bookings. This is a very ideal aparthotel for family of 4.

Staff cant speak english but they try their best which is understandable. Tv channels are most spanish very few english. Apart from it, definitely will still come back.

The Spa closed at 6pm. The Fitness Centre was freezing. The room had no afternoon sunlight and the old heater could not properly heat the room. When it was on it was very noisy. A rental car was necessary.

Proximity to beach and restaurants/cafes.

We were in rooms 2102 and 2104 from 12 to 19 September. The noise from the service road below our balcony from refuse collection and other service vehicles in the early morning, and often at other times of day, was unacceptable. The hotel's air conditioning fans are also in this area and hum 24 hours a day. People allocated rooms in that part of the hotel should be told that they are overlooking a noisy road area and are near the air-con noise. The hotel generally was fine but this most certainly detracted from the enjoyment of our stay.

Good hotel for families with children. Animation all day long. Good breakfast.

It was an unpleasant surprise that housekeepers had 2 days off per week, so the room was not cleaned on Sunday and on Wednesday

Kids activities Pool Spa

As a frequent visitor to Palma Nova and familiar with other hotels in the area, I found Viva Palma Nova to be an excellent place to stay, the staff were friendly and professional always willing to engage in conversation and assist in solving any issues that arose. However I would say the cost of 1100 euro for one week was expensive.

this was my 10th time going to palmanova resort and stayed in 5 different hotels viva palmanova hotel was the best hotel i stayed in the staff wear fantastic the rooms wear very clean and the pool area was the best i have seen anywear i would like to thank the staff for the fantastic services and making my hols that bit better

The swimminging-pools and the garden. Also the location. Good for kids.

The selection of the wines. I want to weight my baggage and had to pay one euro. The shows are not very good. The bar closed already at 12 in the evening. I can recommend Viva Palmanova to famylies with children, but not for single travellers or couple.

From cleaning and restaurant staff to reception and entertainment staff, it was all very well taking care off. We were traveling with friends that have kids and must say that everything was great organized for the little ones, which is important for a smooth sailing family vacation :-) Every time the going got to noicy for us ( no kids ) we just went to have some quiet time in the relax area that is for over 18y only, it has a lovely pool and balinese sun beds, bliss...Great buffet breakfast with everything you can ever ask for.

The childrens entertainment and staff where brillerant could not fault them at all.My children are still talking about bufo and the rest of the gang and singing their songs.The kids pool is great with all the slides. I would highly recommend this hotel for families with young kids, and its less then a five minute walk to the best. The rooms are cleaned daily and towels for the pool are available at reception for the pool which is handing. Will deffo be staying at this hotel again.

We got a good impression from the minute we arrived. Very clean front and freindly staff. Rooms great, cleaner was lovely and done a great job( even sat my grandchilds teddy on the newly made bed. It was my birthday whilst we were away and I was left a bottle of cava which was a really nice touch. Excellent place for everyone.

On the same corridor as a teenage football team, think there would have been better putting them away from families. It would have been great to have a heated pool for the children.noisey extractor fan. But these are small things which could be improved on.

Jaa, olikos jotain! No, buffetpöytä oli hieman laadukkaampi kuutisen vuotta sitten.

At lejligheden/ balkonen var så stor. Det gav 'luft' når man havde barn med.

At den indendørs børnepool ikke var opvarmet, så babyer havde mulighed for at bade. Vandet både indendørs og udendørs var på dette tidspunkt af året alt for koldt. Det ville have været godt, hvis der også blev tømt skraldespand om onsdagen, da det lugter at have sådan én stående med daggamle bleer.
