Simplemente la realidad no se corresponde con las fotos.

Ninguna ventana al exterior. No había barbacoa, ni terraza, ni maravillosas vistas como se decía en el anuncio. Esas maravillosas vistas eran a un patio interior al cual podías acceder perfectamente y tocar en la ventana del vecino.

Abbiamo alloggiato in questo appartamento per 4 notti a caleta di famara dal 16 di aprile. L'appartamento si trova nel piccolo paesino, a circa 20 metri dal mare (non si vedeva ma si sentiva il piacevole rumore del mare dalla finestra del soggiorno che vanta anche un balcone soleggiato). Nel complesso appartamento fornito di tutto per cucinare e anche diversi corredi letto più asciugamani etc e nel complesso abbastanza pulito, funzionava perfettamente tutto, molto gentile anche Javier seppur non abbiamo avuto praticamente bisogno del suo aiuto.

Trovo che I prezzi siano abbastanza alti, ma sono gli stessi degli altri appartamenti in zona quindi è un porblema di Caleta de Famara e non di questi appartamenti in particolare.

The guy who we had contatct with was great he arranged transfer for us and took us to the apartment, The first one he took us to was less than a 1 star, the most basic of basic! The cooker didnt work and it was generally uncomfortable. The location was perfect but apartment not suitable for a family. We were so un happy there that we stayed only one night. To be fair to him after contatcing him the very next day we were moved to another apartment with tv and running hot water! Although we were further away from the beach and had no outside windows! The apartment was spotless and very well equipped although still no working oven! The area is mainly for surfers and is brilliant. And Javier form Volcano - who is a surfer himself was very good and cant fault him!

We feel that the web pictures are a misrepresentation of the apartments, only the best are shown. If we had only hd the choice of the first apartment we were taken to we would have asked for a refund and gone else where. It really was very old and too basic - the beds had springs coming through, in sufficiant bed clohes, uncomfortable furniture, no hot water in kitchen, non working rusty cooker, hand held shower..............if thats what they are selling then they need to let people know and charge a lot less (we have stayed in nicer caravans!).

Das Apartment hat keine Fenster mit Ausblick. Fenster gibt es lediglich zu kleinen Lichtschachten hin. Deprimierende Athmosphäre. Das Apartment war so nicht beschrieben! Wir fühlen uns getäuscht!

The apartment had a well equiped kitchen and was comfortable.

The phopograph of the exterior of the building in the publicity not the building in which the apartment is located and there is no terrace as indicated by the photograph. The apartment was hard to find - no name on the door and no street sign. The shower cubicle was in poor condition.

En el contrato figuraba que había televisión y no la había. Contratamos para 4 personas y solo había 3 sillas, 3 mantas, 3 toallas La ropa de cama, al igual que las toallas estaban viejas y las toallas aunque estaban lavadas tenían manchas.
