The location was wonderful to get to museums, shopping and sights. The building is beautiful and the service was excellent. The breakfast buffet was excellent! The bed squeaked and there were stains on one of the drapes. The on screen bill did not include taxes, so we were surprised that the price changed from leaving our room to check-out.

Service was awful, concierge advised the worst we could find, the porter was rude. We had a late check out and no one came to clean the room up to 8 pm!

The location is superb for touristic purposes. The hotel is quiet at all hours and even a demonstration just outside fail to perturbed the services or peacefullness. Breafast is excellent and the setting sumptuous but at $100.00 vastly overpriced.

I didn't know their policy before i stayed there, and it made me confused with some points. ex)they put minimum amenity goods in the room and you have to call service staff to bring other things ( including slippers. this is my first luxury hotel which didn't have slippers in rooms) no mini bar, either. and the hotel is so big that they don't have enough staff for every guest to explain their service. you can see them in tv but i felt it a bit unkind as this class of hotel.

Hotel employees are very warm. They made nice gestures when they learned we are in honeymoon. Concierge is very helpful and the bed is extremely comfortable. The distinquishing point to this hotel is the architecture and internal design... I definetely recommend!!!!

Hard to say because we encountered room problems on our first night and the following day which interrpted our planned tour of the city. I am currently communicating with the manager to voice out our complains. Staff did lack coordination and communication with one another so at change of shift things did not get followed up.

This is an excellent hotel and the location is as central as can be. The hotel has old world charm and is very grand. The rooms are very comfortable and have all the amenities. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The television system needs to be improved. Very slow system and for international travelers like us a few more English channels are essential.

The building looks good on the outside, The rooms look old. Curtains look dirty old and it was too pricey. I did not think it was worth what they quoted,. some of the staff at the concierge were not so helpful. they seem to be very busy and hence were irritable. the reception staff were not friendly or inviting at all. it is like they get their pay and that's all they care. i think people in the service industry have to be courteous and polite to customers and make customers feel welcome.
