Breakfast was quite limited but nog the worst we'd had

Very helpful staff. We had to store a cooler box with medication for two days and retrieved it later with two fat "do not unplug! Contains Medicine" stickers in Spanish (we re-used them in other hotels) stilll sticking to the plug and the box. Location is excellent for Jaen city visits, not so good for Via Verde access. Rooftop self-service bar.

The view was incredible, the spa was interesting but good, bring a swim-cap and pool shoes, they're required. Hotel staff was incredibly friendly, the breakfast was good.

Very well located, friendly hotel, with functional if somewhat uninspiring bedrooms. But the best feature is an absolutely glorious sunroof with a truly magnificent view of the cathedral and rooftops of Jaen. A very good breakfast was included in the very reasonable price.

great location in Main central areas of bars etc, but difficult to find by car. Car parking deal nearby was only mentioned after we had checked in and parked in the main underground carpark. Loved the rooftop solarium and views especially at night. Great to find breakfast included in the price. Although we specified at booking a nonsmoking room we were given a room that had obviously been occupied by smokers, but this was put right immediately.

The room itself was fine and the A/C was quiet and efficient, BUT the bathroom let it down. It had a very bad layout and the bath was chipped in many places. The washbasin was loose and moved alarmingly. All in all the bathroom needs updating as it was a letdown compared to room and public areas

We were driving from Madrid to the coast and needed a suitable town to stop at in order to break up the journey. Jaen ticked all the boxes and the hotel is perfectly located in the heart of the historic town. Walking in its winding streets and joining in with the evening melee just made for a great stopover. I had read that the hotel had a deal going with a spar, what a lovely treat. It's a ten minute walk but once your in the spa, it's warm and inviting atmosphere allows any strain to tumble away. The hotel is totally functional and we were well looked after, great place to stop if you want to sample one of spains more charming historic towns.

No fridge in the room. Parking limited.

The position in relation to best bars and major old buildings. Lovely squares with outside eating/drinking.car parking ease and opportunity to park at discount rate.Hotel was clean and given the Spanish desire for kitsch, remarkably modern and clutter free.Breakfast was a delight- what appeared to be minimal was in fact filling and varied. Fresh coffee was a treat.

The young girl working in the breakfast area had the appearance of someone in mourning. She never smiled, looked put out by her tasks and generally dropped the tone of the place. She should be shown how front of office staff should look and behave to customers, even if she is in mourning!

Hotel is down town, app 300 m from the Cathedral. Breakfast was really nice buffet style (compared to other hotels in Andalusia we stayed in). Parking cost 12 EUR per day in the carpark app 30 m from te hotel. Parking on the street it impossible due to narrow streets and heavy trafic. The great bonus is a 90 min free wellness treatment in the spa located cca 500m from the hotel! really recommend.

No English speeking staff, was trying to be helful but is was complicated due to language diference. Carpark located further from the hotel

Gute Lage in der Innenstadt. Dachterrasse mit Blick auf die Innenstadt.

Zimmer abgewohnt und dunkel. Badausstattung teilweise kaputt (Bidet ohne Armatur, Duschvorhangstange abgerissen), sehr einfaches Frühstück, Frühstückspersonal unfreundlich.

Muy buena ubicación, decoración, reforma y estupenda relación calidad/precio.

Baño algo estrecho. Vistas al patio interior.
