    Quiet, comfortable, pleasant

Without a breakfast service or a fridge in the room it became a bit tedious eating out for every meal

If you are looking for value for your money and a great location close to the Plaza Virgen de los Reyes this is it.

Very difficult to find the hotel amid the narrow unnamed streets. Park in one of the parking lots just north of the river and take a taxi. No elevator, no help and the stairs were very narrow and steep to the 4th (US) floor. A basic room.

This location was great! Walking distance to all the great monuments, fun restaurants and bars. It had an old world charm. Staff was very courteous.

No elevator so getting luggage upstairs was very difficult. Rooms are very small. We were in the family room for 4 people. Extremely tight quarters!!! Shower was strange- had to use a hand held shower.

Location. Location. Location It had a nice feel to it - a small hotel and very different from the modern boxes of most modern hotels.

We had heavy luggage and the taxi could not get to the front door. We had a room on the ground floor and while the door looked "authentically old" it had numerous gaps and one could easily hear conversations in the hall. It was hard to manoeuvre our luggage in the room. Very little space. No breakfast available. Not really a problem as there were several cafes nearby - and the sun was shining. Not so nice if it had been raining !

The staff was extremely helpful in every way. They gave us excellent recommendations on everything to see and do in Seville during our short visit. The location could not be beat - just a few steps from everything we wanted to see and do.

The showers were very small with no shelf of any kind. Closet space was somewhat limited. Older people should ensure they get rooms on the lower floor since the stairs are marble and steep. Make sure your cab from the train station knows where he's going. Even though he saw the address, he took us to another Hotel Giralda.

Great location as its just a couple of minutes from the Cathedral, Alcazar and the Archivos de Indias. Again its just a minute from some really great Tapas bars, though a bit touristy and pricier. The staff is super friendly, wifi is very reliable and the place has plenty of character.

The room could be a big bigger so that one could walk around the room without having to be careful of knocking down the Tv or other such thing.

We booked a four adults bedroom but were given a tiny two bed room, with an additional 2 camp beds. The room was so small that all beds were placed next to each other in the shape of a square, in such a way that the person who slept next to the wall had to go over 2 persons to get to the bathroom. Also, the rain got in through the ceiling and drops fell on one of the beds. They did not have enough bed covers, and would not accept any kind of discount. It was an appalling hotel.

The staff was wonderful and very helpful when we needed to get to Portugal. The location was perfect! It was so close to the cathedral and many restaurants. It was our first time in Sevilla, but if we were to come back, we would definitely stay here again.

Everything. We could not expect so high comfort and so good location for this money. The staff was very friendly, they even could speak English. The room was comfortable and romantic. The location is excellent, just near the Cathedral.

I love little European hotels like this one; the ones tucked away on a narrow street in the old medieval part of the city. Like YH Giralda, most are little gems. This one was just a "block" from the Cathedral and Alcazar. Great restaurants within a one-minute (or less) walk from the hotel. This hotel was very clean and well maintained. It was quite nicely furnished and decorated. Since the front desk is staffed 24 hours, security and safety are excellent. The staff is very friendly, helpful, and they can speak excellent English.

I'm not used to leaving my room key with the desk on my way out, but since there's always someone on duty, I just picked it up when I returned--at any hour. It's not really a problem. In line with what seems the current European practice, at least you don't have to leave your passport with them. I like to have that on my person at all times.
