Reserve una habitacion para 4 personas, solo de mujeres y me pusieron en una de 10 personas mixta, al mismo precio. Me perdieron un jean. Parece barato, pero no lo es ya que luego te cobran por todos los servicios que normalmente todos los hostels los ofrecen gratis.

pregunté como llegar al hostel (por e-mail) y la persona no me dio la information. Tuve que descobrirlo solo. La persona no fue simpatica.

La situación no puede ser mejor, el ambiente con el bar muy agradable y el personal que lo lleva muy atentos.

La habitación no se corresponde para nada a la descripción de la reserva, pidiendo una cama en habitación de cuatro acabé "durmiendo" en una con 8 chicos y 3 chicas.

Las personas son muy amables y abiertas a ayudarte en cualquier duda

El lugar está bien arreglado y decorado, se siente muy joven. Los espacios son amplios, está limpio, el desayuno el patio es un lindo momnto.

Los 3 euros por el cuidado de la valija. Ni en los hoteles te cobran por manterner la valija una vez hecho el check out. Ni si quiera estaban en lockers.

Pués en general me ha gustado todo, unas instalaciones muy adecuadas y un precio igual de adecuado, así como la situación del mismo, en el mismo centro histórico de la ciudad de Palma. Volveré

Sí, me ha gustado bastante, el sitio, el edificio, aunque no lo recorrí demasiado, tiene ese sabor de historia que a mi me encanta.

Eché en falta un poco de mesa y silla a modo de escritorio, pero vamos, todo muy bien

Location and free wifi

I found the staff rude and unhelpful as they made me feel even guilty that I am staying at this hostel. Security is poor as there are no lockers in the bedroom and anywhere else within the hostel (even if you have your padlock there are no cupboards). Meanwhile, the hostel is opened for anyone from the street because the main door is opened and often unsupervised. Noise. Noise. Walls are extremely thin and entire hostel ocross 3 floors makes enormous echo. Other guests usually do not respect others because they shout at night time, slamm doors. It is so irratating that the staff does nothing to change the situation for good. There is a bar in the hostel and the staff says nothing if drinking and loudness goes on after 2am. Poor cleaning standards. Dusts. Dirty bathroom floor. Bins in the room full. Bed linen although washed but it is full of dried staines that made me feeling disguisted. I found this NOT as a value for money. There are much better hotels near Palma (in Can Pastilla, for example) even with breakfast included at lower price.

Good central location. Big room at the roof top with a private space outside. I recommend this room for two.

No ac in the room so during the night it's really hot and it's difficult to sleep well. We had to pay to leave our luggage at the reception for a few hours after we checked out.

Location is very good, near the cathedral and central part of Palma.

Bath periodically didn't work. We have reserved the place in the room for four people, but we've got the place in the room for six people, less comfortable. As for payment - they made transaction in dollars. It is strange for European hostel and I lost some money on convertation operation.

The hostel is situated on a very lovely, quite and nice square, the "placa quadrado", but very close to the town center. It is only a 15 minutes walking distance to the cathedral. You can find a lot of shops, churches, restaurant and cafes nearby. The hostel looks very modern and the bar is nicely done up.

The shared rooms are furnished very modestly. There are only beds and a small cupbord. I have stayed in a 4-bed-room and it was nearly impossible to stay with the other girls in the room at the same time. The beds were ok but squeaking and shaking whenever I tried to turn around. Breakfast was not included in the price, but the bar was very nice and the food was good. However the bathroom was disgusting! It was not cleaned at all, there were hair and remains of soap on the floor and in the shower and only filthy towels. The sink was placed in one cabin with the restroom. I have never seen such a digusting bathroom before! Furthermore it was almost impossible to sleep because there were some guys partying until our o´clock in the morning. If you only need a cheap place for one night, it is ok. But I would not recommend this hostel for a longer stay.

The staff was ok friendly.

We booked a double room, but got a 10 person mixed dorm instead. We did get a 5 Euro refund, but we ordered this place thinking we'd have a double room; we're a young couple and had other things in mind than trying to sleep between party people who came at all hours of the night until 10am to sleep for the entire day. The excuse for this wrong booking is that supposedly Booking.com has 3 double rooms for this hotel, although this hotel only has 1 in reality. I wonder whether this is the truth, or if it's a way to attract customers who otherwise wouldn't go to that hotel, as was the case for us.

There was only one bathroom for the whole floor and most of the staff don't speak english.

There were 2 mens as a stuff in the hostel- one in reception, which was always not at his working place and the second- in cafe. Both speak english very bad and could not resolve issue with internel- it was not possible to connect to wifi there. I had to stay one night here in female room for 4- it was very hot in room if you close window, which is actually door into public areas with no roof and very laut if you open it ;) there were no good city maps in the hostel and wifi was not working. Shower is just terrible.

The staff was very friendly , specially the owner and you can choose in breakfast and good coffee ! I'm coming back in oct/nov . Alfred

Location was pretty good.

There was doorhandle on my door, the actual door handle had obviously come off at some stage and was sitting on one of the beds in the room? I was in a 4-bed dorm and 3 of the 4 beds were empty but unmade. Overflowing rubbish bin in my room-clearly the room hadn't been attended to since the last people checked out despite there being no one in there when I arrived. Wifi didn't work. Only one toilet on my floor though the place wasn't very busy at the time. When I checked in 4 guests were reporting theft to the police of all their laptops and ipods etc from the night before so felt a bit uneasy about security though I believe in the end it was a guest of the hostel who was the thief, so just bad timing probably.

The staff is really helpfull and they will help you to make you feel good in the hostel. The location is absolutely amazing. Nice square, old town, near everything. Gorgeous streets and places around... Good and safe neighborhood. The bar downstairs is more like a family/friendly place so you can meet people but not be annoyed by drunk or loud ppl. Breakast, tapas and drinks of good quality and cheap price.

You have to choose between freezing or boiling hot water in the shower... No lockers anywhere in the room or outside...

The hostel is well located, clean and very modern. Breakfast is not included but you can buy a coffee and pastry for 2.50 eur from the bar attached to the hostel. The free internet connection was good. Staff were friendly and spoke a little English. Good atmosphere in the bar. I read several comments about cold showers but I managed to get hot showers every day early in the morning.

There are no lockers which is a bit of a nuisance but each room can only be accessed a key card. Also there is no kitchen, but the hostel has a bar attached to it which sells food and drink at good prices.
